We were really lucky with parking and everyday we were able to park on the street immediately outside the property (April time). If you visit in higher season, I imagine that parking could be very limited.

Fantastic property. Very cozy down stairs (but plenty big enough for 3 or 4 people). Lovely and spacious upstairs. The rooms were much bigger than we expected. Its tucked away enough from the main high street in a lovely quite side road, yet only a 2 min walk to all the restaurants, shops etc. We had an issue with the TV and logging onto Netflix, yet after messaging the hosts, they very quickly remotely sorted it out.

Have to drag heavy bags from windermere train station cause the host not well informed about buses service near the unit It was a nightmare It was easier for us when we use the bus to go to train station after check out

Only very minor things that won’t really affect your stay, such as the very tight space around the bed in the second bedroom.

If I had to be exceptionally fussy I found check in a little on the late side, and check out although normal a little early considering the late check in!

Furnishings in the bedrooms were a bit sparse. Could do with upping the 'coziness' up there.

Good 'app' for the property. Lots of useful information. Convenient location to Windermere town, Booths and bus stop. Managed to get a parking spot on the road outside which was ideal. Didn't move the car thereafter, so not sure how easy it would have been to re-park. Nicely furnished and well appointed cottage.

Such a cute place. Nicely laid out and a great feel to it. A bath, en suite, TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, WiFi etc etc. The location is quiet and close to shops, cafes and great walks.

More I was concerned of where to park my car, as property doesn’t have a direct driveway. However with the parking g permit we were able to find a spot relatively easily. The property is a bit cosy due to the design of it, but nothing to fault.

Location was great to get to local restaurants and the property was sufficient for our 5 day trip. It was clean and had all facilities one could expect

The property was a little bit chilly however, you have full control of the heating so is easily resolved. The stove is Gas so you need to bring a lighter to light it Nothing else really to mention & they were just tiny niggles.

Cosy Nook is such an amazing property in an ideal location, the house was clean & tidy, very comfortable and had everything you would need. The village is beautiful & there are lots of shops and things to do nearby The beds were really comfortable and the bedding was a nice quality. There was also a smart TV with a Netflix account, the Wifi was secure and there was a little tablet used to sign in. All in all our group really enjoyed our stay, you can tell the owners really put thought into every aspect.
