Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we walked into a house that was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the shops for all the last minute uni shopping we had to do. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend. The host was really helpful, my youngest son had an accident and I was worried about being charged but he was really understanding. We would definitely stay again as we visit family in Swansea every summer. Another toilet would be great but we managed with only one outburst from my pre teen daughter 🙂

The house (with four spacious bedrooms) is gorgeous and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Although we didn’t make use of it, there is also a garden at the rear of the property for your use. The owners are very quick to respond and are genuinely lovely.

United KingdomFortunately we did bring our own, but we were slightly surprised to see no cafetiere or fresh coffee facilities- instant was provided and maybe that is the norm for the area since even the shop down the road didn't sell fresh ground coffee. Not a huge problem but just something to note. The bathroom was a little less clean than the rest of the house which is a shame - mainly the floor area and the bathmat.
Gaving was a great host and very courteous when booking. The house is beautifully decorated and has space for lots of guests so it was perfect for us. It is located close to the city so we could walk to restaurants and a bit further for the seafront (hilly to walk back though!). Beds were comfortable and there were some great facilities and added touches. Clean kitchen bedrooms and living space.shop at the end of the road is very convenient.

JerseyWhilst the hob in the kitchen was very new it wasn’t easy to use so only cooked one meal at the property. It only has one bathroom and no separate WC so with a number of people in the house this could be a little inconvenient.
It was clean and spacious and nicely decorated.
