Nothing to not like

Everything! Beautiful cosy cottage. Everything provided and thought of. Perfectly quiet for me to study for my degree and take zoom meetings for work. Clean and very comfortable and owner on hand at all times if needed. Would recommend highly. I will be back. Thank you Daniel for such a pleasant stay. Linda x

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like personally, but as someone else said in another review some instructions on how to use the oven might be helpful. Also, not really a negative, but worth being aware that the entrance to the shower is quite narrow so can be a bit of a squeeze.

The property is gorgeous, very cosy and has everything you need. It was easy to find and obtain the keys. It very much felt like a home away from home - sitting downstairs in the morning with my coffee listening to the birds singing outside was the most relaxed I’ve felt in ages! Would definitely stay again, it’s an absolute gem of a place.

Gorgeous cosy homely comfortable bed gets so warm the host was always on hand if i needed anything but it was a smooth checking key code free parking i wish i had only booked for longer . this cottage is hardly available book it guys

Just a practical matter. The letters and numbers on the cooker/ oven dials have faded away. Needs some instructions as to what they were so no need for trial and error to use.

The cottage had a lovely atmosphere, cosy and quiet. Clean, kitchen well stocked. Good location, about 15 mins walk into Macclesfield centre, but felt like you were in the countryside. Good base for exploring the area. Would recommend a visit to the silk museum and tour of Paradise Mill next door.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. Perfect location for walking into the town centre to enjoy the many attractions of Macclesfield. Clean and comfortable facilities with lots of charm, everything provided to make my stay a special one. Can't wait to come back again! Many thanks to Dan.

The cottage was warm and inviting when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge and bedroom were comfortable and beautifully furnished. Location was excellent. We'll certainly book again when we come to Macclesfield.

The cottage is very clean and comfortable and well equipped. It is in a very good location, being close to the centre of town and having a country-side feeling. It was easy to get to and all the instructions were clear and friendly.

The house was really lovely, modern feel, quiet location close to town centre and connections to Stockport and Manchester. Really easy access to keys and the house was well equipped with essentials.

The kitchen area was a bit cramped but not really a problem for us, and the small double bed can only be accessed from the bottom as it's squeezed in between two walls. Okay for two young kids sharing, I'd say. Our 17 year-old daughter had no complaints about using it herself.

The house was clean and had good amenities and was easy to find/enter. Great value too compared to other rental properties for three or four people. A 15 minute walk into town and very close to a supermarket. Parking outside the front door was very handy.

Fully understand the age of the property but the floor boards are so creaky it’s impossible to quietly move around the room. Both the iron and ironing board desperately need to be replaced, the iron leaks profusely. The bathroom door also needs to be replaced, it’s very old and doesn’t seal the area, in a setting of friends this is less than ideal!

Greatttt character! Very tidy home, lovely location… very quiet! The outside area can be very misleading, step inside and it’s silent!
