Great Communications with Charles, who also obtained a parking pass outside the property for us! Comfortable homely house, really comfy beds with pretty bedding! Spotlessly clean and kitchen with everything you could need and more ! Even fresh milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, coffee machine and pods ! 10/10!

Only one bed it wasn't very comfy for me, but probably because of my healthy problems. I don't see anything I could ask for change. :)

Good location, a lot of information given by the host, car park free booked in advance. All rooms got very good-sized, got everything I need. Excellent iron better than mine at home 🙂. The kitchen is very well updated with everything you need. Fresh milk on arrives, coffee, tea, and as a complement a coffee machine, thank you so much I wish I could have at least one more night to sleep, but it was fully booked 😪.

Not all the pots and pans can be used.

The title "Cosy 3 bedrooms in the heart of Chester" describes everything of the apartment. A very comfortable stay for our group of 4. The offer of earlier check in is convenient to us and we appreciate it very much. For the coffee machine, it is difficult to use but we can solve the issue by watching YouTube.

I honestly can’t think if anything.

Everything. The description and pictures do not do this accommodation justice. It is immaculately clean, completely kitted out like a home from home. Comfy beds, fantastic bedding and an absolutely amazing host. Charles is a top guy. We had a perfect stay and the accommodation was perfect. A great location. A 5 minute walk from the city centre. Everything was just great.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the place at all

Charles the host met us on arrival, we had arranged to drop the bags off so we could go for lunch. Charles very helpful, great sense of humour! Suggested places to eat and walks. Unfortunately we didn’t have time but as we plan to return we will make use of suggestions. The house was great, in fact my friend said it’s like going home when you stepped through the door. The beds were more than adequate, kitchen very well stocked and the whole house was spotless. A nice touch was that Charles had left milk in the fridge, plenty of tea and coffee and cereal for the following morning! Perfect location for station and shops Thank you Charles!

Excellent location, close enough to the centre for convenience but far enough to be quiet. The host was friendly, helpful and very accommodating! The apartment was just perfect for our needs.

Really close to the station. Very good value. Comfortable and clean. Perfect for a reunion of four schoolfriends. Charles was very helpful and let us drop our bags off so we could explore the city and as there was no one in after to leave them so we didn't have to drag them with us. Charles was also very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process. 👏

We loved everything

The host was amazing from the start and gave great directions and sorted us an electronical pass for our car. The house was amazing, spotlessly clean, more than enough bedding, blankets, pillows, comfy living area, comfy beds, loads of pots, pans, etc in kitchen. Fridge, dishwasher and washing machine!. Really cosy and so close to all amenities on foot.

It would be great if the heating instruction and the WIFI password guide book can be placed on the kitchen table so it’s easier to be seen when we enter the house.

Kitchen utensils are fully equipped. Everything you need is there, they have have a capsule coffee machine which is a plus for a coffee lover like me. Parking is convenient, great location, takes only 10 minutes walk to city center!

Only one downside is you are unable to park in the carpark directly outside the property but don't let this put you off, as parking is available and you can see your car looking out of the window.

Beautiful presented 3 bed property, ideal location for city centre, everything within walking distance. We had a wonderful time after booking to attend the Christmas markets, lots of information given on restaurants to try, local pubs etc. The hosts were great, giving helpful directions to get to the property, supplying tea, coffee and fresh milk. Check in was smooth and easy. The hosts were also available if we needed anything. This is a perfect booking for families or a group of friends, everything you need on the door step, I will definitely be looking at booking again. Thank you
