We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I wanted some good, clean, basic accommodation near to the Corran Ferry terminal and this was ideal. It had a well equipped kitchen area, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and informative.

SingaporeInteresting community living with couples, family and bunk share rooms. Facilities are well kept and clean by Ms Tina the manager. Nice lady who is always ready to help. Location is also interestingly located near a ferry port. Only set back is our couple room does not have ventilation, a Scottish problem in summer. Otherwise, everything is good.

United States of AmericaOn both trips, my neighbors were a bit noisy but eventually quieted down - but that's in all hostels, I think.
This is my 2nd trip to Corran Bunkhouse. The staff is kind, generous and helpful. I know the facility will be clean and I felt safe in my surroundings. Parking was convenient and available. On this trip, we took advantage of the ferry and went across the water to the inn/pub for dinner which was so worth it. Grocery store is close by. Having a place to store food and having a full kitchen, in addition to a lounge, make this such a convenient place. I've traveled with someone else on both trips but would happily return as a solo traveler and feel completely safe.

GermanyWe were astonished as to how clean the place was. Rooms were kind of a small, but with private bathroom so there was no issue with it. From facilities you have there everything imaginable and needed, especially in the kitchen area. There is also a lounge area for relaxation. This was our first bunkhouse experience, and we can definitely recommend it. Just a recommendation to serve optional breakfast would have been a wonderful experience there.

The accommodation had a spacious en-suite bathroom and was very clean. The views were great and the shared lounge room was also comfortable. Great and accommodating host who replied quickly to our wishes.
