United KingdomIt advertises Meadowhall even though it was nowhere near. Overgrown grass and "Closed" made me think I was at the wrong place, as well as other visitors. There were too many gangs of asian youths hanging around and one time shouting obsenities at the police. Parking, if i had a car, would be impossible.
The takeaway opposite was the best i'd tasted for a long time. Local shop handy and Rotherham was "walkable. very quiet in the room 8 with no noises at all.

Coffee and milk were not replenished after my first night. If, to keep costs down, guests are expected to bring their own, this should be made clearer beforehand.

United KingdomWindow cleaner outside our open window with no notice.. No spare towels, tissue etc Bedding covers basic, and worn, with stained, pillows very flat.. Bathroom shower head dirty and rusted stains, the air vent had thick layer of mouldy dust.. Difficult to reach Cust'Services at anytime.. No clear instructions who/where to contact before , during or after our stay for anyone for help or supplies.. All in all also, the price could be cheaper.

United KingdomI was disappointed that there was no staff to directly look after the place or to monitor activities. It is said to say that one of the guest who was staying besides my room was smoking in his room and whenever I had to pass through the passage along his room I could not withstand the bad smell from his cigarette smoke. Even the bad smell was also coming to my room. Something has to be done.

United KingdomThe location is awful, its advertises as meadowhall but its not, its in one of the worst areas of rotherham. On street parking, not a camera in sight, luckily i could park outside my window. One the 1st night someone set the fire alarm off from smoking weed in their room. Lots of smoking/drug use around the outside of the hotel, and in the garden. Its basically a hostel but with a private room, no staff, anything goes.
For the cheap price, the room was good, basic, but good. Staff also responded quickly when I had a problem getting into the door. The TV was actually quite good, smart tv with netflix and so on logged in. Quiet rooms as well.

although there isn’t a reception, we were given clear instructions of how to gain access and locate our room key. the room was spacious, high ceilings, to a very high standard of cleanliness. close to the centre and we were able to park a very large van close by.

United KingdomWaited 30 minutes for a staff member to arrive to let us into the building. Sink was blocked and had yellow stagnant water in when we arrived so had to use the shower as a sink. No staff/assistance on site at anytime.
Good value for money. Adequate facilities, room appeared to be clean. Bed was small but comfortable enough for a decent sleep.
