The stairs are pretty steep so be aware if you travel with a heavy suitcase.

Nicely located B&B about 20 mins on foot to the city center. Bedroom size was adequate, bathroom was tiny but clean and functional. Breakfast was good (vegan options available) and the room can be used the whole day (including microwave, fridge, etc.). The owner Nat is super nice and hospitable!

Shower temperature was hard to keep consistent and was either scalding hot or ice cold.

Location was really great. Was a 20-25 minute straight easy walk into town or less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a short bus ride into town. Was easy to find on arrival in vehicle and the included parking space was a nice bonus. Breakfast was really lovely with lots of options and the room itself was great.

Great stay! Hosts were very nice, friendly and welcoming. Place was very clean. I really like bed linen, good quality 👍 Breakfast was great as well! Everything you need for great start of the day. As well, location is great. I walked all the ways from and to city center. It took around 15-20 mins. Overall, great value for money. No concerns, just recommending 👌👍

The breakfast room was quite a nice area. The property and my room was nicely decorate and well kept. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and they were accommodating of my late arrival.

It is a very nice place to stay at when visiting Oxford. Easily reachable by bus from the city centre. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, the hosts were very friendly and breakfast was a nice experience in the place allocated for it.

The plug in the bathroom sink was stiff and kept getting stuck but it righted itself eventually.

Good location for getting into town. Walking distance or buses. All instructions very clear, such as where to leave luggage etc. Good breakfast.

Very polite staff. The room was clean and it had a really good continental breakfast. There was free coffee, tea biscuits and fruits available all day!! Very good location!! There is a bus stop close to the hotel from where we were able to reach the city center at 10'. There is also a great pud nearby!!

Is not bad really, but is not in the city centre. Just a 20 minutes walk with beatiful landscape.

It’s a cozy and nice B&B. Everything was mega clean, specially the bathroom. Breakfast was way better than I expected. Bed was comfy and warm. I absolutely recomend it.

It’s only a 25 minute walk from the shops and it’s quiet at night. Breakfast was great… tea and coffee readily available. Room and bed nice and cozy!The hosts were lovely. It’s value for your money.

It's exactly what you'd expect -- room with shared bathroom -- except cleaner, and the staff were very friendly. It's about a 15 minute walk along Abingdon Road, or 20 minutes along the river, into town.

Exceptional host, who really try to make your stay as great as possible. Provided options for dietary restrictions. Provided books and baby equipment before we even could ask for it ;). It was a lovely stay!

Very welcome by Natan and very helpful, and the bed was cormortable and lovely share bathroom and it was lovely selected for breakfast and recommended. I loved taking shoes off when they arrive there. Ww recommended to stay there to friends and family.
