Exceptional little gem. Beautiful comfortable rooms with everything provided. Delicious healthy breakfast. We just expected continental breakfast but were offered scrambled eggs on toast in addition. Tracey and Shaun are so welcoming and I even received a Mothers day surprise at breakfast.

Travelled 3 and a half hours to this wonderful place. Myself and my husband wanted a comfortable, chilled break, and this guesthouse was the ideal place. Very central, accommodating, and would definitely recommend.

The only thing that was a slight hiccup was the room temp through the night, but the duvet and bed were comfortable considering we sleep in a super king size bed at home.

We found the property very easily, although parking was a bit tricky. The welcome from the owner was great and initial Information about the stay was also very good. The property is extremely clean and tidy and decorated very well, with lots of very nice personal touches in the room. The breakfast was very nice Indeed, and the scrambled eggs!!! WOW 😀 all served with friendly and attentiveness from the hosts. We would definitely rebook here and recommend to others, the location was very central.

off-street parking is limited to two vehicles maximum, but on road options exist.

Owner couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. Really good at accommodating dietary requirements. Room pictures don't do the rooms justice - even better in real life. The "pink" room in particular has a massive bathroom with the entire room thoughtfully decorated.

Car parking. Only room for 2 cars. We were 3rd car and had to manoeuvre car alongside side of building. This was awkward being next to main road. Shaun however directed my husband far better than I could of.

I liked everything! After a bit of thinking three things could be improved though: - Breakfast doesn't include eggs, and I wouldn't have minded having some being offered, even if I had to pay a supplement. - The bathroom could do with a hanger or two to hang shower towels. - A little bit more storage space for clothes in the room would be excellent (a chest of drawers, for example)
