Only that the roads in some areas were closed due to repairs which meant it took longer to find Corner Farm than would otherwise have been the case. Obviously not the fault of the owners of Corner Farm.

Noise transfers, if you are in the downstairs room, but wasn’t too much of a bother!

The room was beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day. our fridge had oat milk and vegan chocolate which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was huge! Tony and Jane gave us so many options and was absolutely delicious. Tony gave us a walk through of the surrounding areas which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Absolutely brilliant overall would recommend to friends and family. The only adjustment would be the option of a slightly later breakfast and freedom to not pre order breakfast.

Great location for us as we were visiting the nearby Wilderness Reserve and also exploring old haunts eg Southwold. Lovely friendly owners and lovely breakfasts - especially the home made granola with berries and yogurt. Interesting house, pretty bedroom (with fridge containing milk and chocolate - much appreciated) comfy bed, nice large bathroom, and outside space that would have been great had it been a bit warmer weather.

The breakfast was amazing. Only comment would be we were given home made museli which had a lot of nuts etc, we are not allergic but my husband was not keen, no choice. No choice of white or brown bread, only brown. Home made jam and marmalade which was delicious. Bed was so comfortable.

The only minor issue I had in the room was getting to the bedside plug to charge my phone. But I am at the age when I need advanced yoga techniques to put my shoes on.

I cannot rate the Corner Farm b&b too highly.  The hosts made us feel welcome from the start, showing us around, allowing us to select the room we would like to stay in. Simple you may say but it was simply done well. There are two double bedrooms and a chalet style property next door. We selected the room on the first floor that was part of what could be said to be a barn conversion- but it was built recently, therefore, all mod cons. Normally when pictures of rooms are displayed on the Internet you are disappointed when you see it in the flesh. Corner Farm B&B is the exception. See my pics.  Please note I am an awful photographer.  I was initially concerned about bumping my head on the timber. I am 5ft 11in (ok 5ft 10 ½in) but there were no issues where height is concerned. If you like exposed beams, you will love this.  Did I mention underfloor heating... nice touch! Each room has a good-sized shower room and toilet. Which was cleaned each day.  The food was incredible, I had a full English breakfast preceded by cereal and fruit juice. My wife had the vegetarian version and the beauty of it was, each menu option was fully customisable. So, the second morning my wife had smashed avocado on toast. Looked really tasty.  There is so much more I could mention, looking at the stars from bed through the velux windows, the freshly laid eggs, the jacuzzi, the conservatory... Now, the real reason for my booking Corner Farm was for charging our electric vehicle. They have two charge points. A facility not many b&bs have. Would I stay there again. You bet!

Breakfast was amazing; lots of choice, catered well for Gluten free options. Plenty to eat. All home made and of good quality. Hot tub was hot and easy to use. Open at all times. Owners were welcoming and helpful at all times.

Shower pressure little bit down.

Great location. Quiet. close to coast and countryside, perfect for exploring the area. High quality accommodation. Bed and pillows were fantastic. View onto garden through open doors listening to the birds drinking a morning coffee! Fabulous cooked breakfasts. Fabulous host, extremely helpful reference local visits and things to do.

Having to leave. We frequently missed the cross roads and drove past in the dark!

The Suffolk silence provided us with a retreat-like experience: Within 5 days Tony & Jane’s sensitivity to our needs helped us to restore our equilibrium and aided our relaxation. Tony’s welcoming and cheerful guidance from his personal knowledge and experience of all restaurants and local inns suitable for evening meals, took all the decision making out of my need to research it for myself. Jane’s attention to detail at breakfast time set us up for the day. Her focus upon advance preparation is definitely the reason for lovely variety of choices and delicious local produce. The architectural design of their relatively newly extended bed and breakfast area, provides total privacy as well as a relaxing place to sit in comfort at any time of day. We really appreciated our time in this delightful setting.

A beautiful place to go and stay if you are looking for a nice quiet getaway. Everything was just perfect about the property. It was clean, tidy, the interior is amazing. The breakfast was fresh and so delicious. It was just what we needed. The property is owned by a lovely couple who are very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. cannot wait to visit again in the near future.

Corner Farm is an exceptional guesthouse, and we spent a delightful two nights there. Firstly, the breakfast was outstanding - we had homemade granola, fresh berries, crisp toast, proper salted butter, excellent tea and coffee, and marvellous cooked-to-order hot food. Secondly, the rooms were beautiful, kitted out to a very high standard and very 'of their place' - this didn't feel like staying in just any bedroom, but rather something in-keeping with the age of the building and the locale. Lastly, the hosts were very professional, discreet and cared that we enjoyed our visit. They went above and beyond, allowing us to utilise the gas BBQ on the Friday night, providing all the cooking equipment and even cleaning up after we had used it. We were two friends in Suffolk for a two night stay, to catch up and do a bit of walking; Corner Farm was an ideal spot, in lovely countryside and just wonderful service.

The property is stunning and set in a beautiful and very peaceful rural location - an excellent night's sleep is guaranteed! Our room was wonderful with a vaulted oak beam ceiling and it was immaculately and thoughtfully presented. Our hosts, Tony and Jane, were very welcoming and had great recommendations for local sightseeing and restaurants. Superb breakfasts too!
