When we checked in, the bin from the previous guests had not been emptied. Our room was right over the train station with trains going by from 6am. The walls were very thin you could hear other guests in the next room and young children running up and down the corridors from early hours. The hotel was quite dated. It was fine if you just need somewhere to sleep while exploring the city. Quite pricy considering it is far enough outside central London.

The staff were friendly and helpful. 7 minute walk to tube station which takes you into central London.

Checked in about 6pm. Only one person on desk. Queue got longgggg and no one came to assist The chair In the room was badly stained. Needs removing and upholstering. Either that or it's an awful pattern choice. Did not sit on it Next morning the lift broke causing bedlam and guests had to walk down the exit stairs, more bedlam as others were also using it to return to rooms. Anyone say Titanic

we really wanted to have laksa but unfortunately we were told the restaurant was under renovation until May so we made other arrangement. then after checking in, we found out that the restaurant was indeed open but for dinner only! Since we only stay for 2 nights and have made all arrangements for our stay. what a shame...

The room was upgraded from Standard but had no more facilities, indeed there was no bedside light on one side. The bathroom decoration was poor.

WE visit the RAH and this is a good location for that

The bedroom decor was very dated and shabby. The fridge was noisy and the hairdryer didn’t work.

The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was substantial with a very varied selection of foods. I liked the late checkout (noon) and the easy check-in and check-out. Great too that it was an easy stroll to the underground station at High Street Kensington.

Bath to shower switch wasn’t working. Staff did call to fix but stopped working again. Was near tube line and slight noise in the morning and night but nothing so extreme that we had any issues falling asleep.

Great location, close to public transport, staff very friendly, not a new hotel but you can tell a lot of money was put into it when it was built and is kept very well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bedroom was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are old and need maintenance (AC and telephone are not working- bathroom needs completely to be renewed) Carpets to be changed. The bed sheets and pillows are consumed.

Location in high street kensington with a lot pf shops and cafes-the under ground station and many bus stops are 3 minutes walk from the hotel Price fare - nice lobby and staff/ fast checkin and checkout-

No second bedside lamp for reading or plug for charging phone next to bed. Fridge door was broken. Carpet could have been cleaner. Bathroom basic.

Great location in the heart of Kensington, easy travel links for underground, easy to visit museums on foot. Great for leaving luggage after checkout. Tea/coffee in room appreciated. Bed was very comfortable.

Two people in room only one chair.Difficult to reach safe, Needs shaving mirror in bathroom. Plates for hot food were cold and hot food just warm no selection of bread only slices for toasting.would pay more for a better selection.
