The bathroom is slightly claustrophobic and I couldn't move a millimeter in the bed without it making noise

As the bedsit is a conversion above an unheated garage it would have been good if the heat had been switched on before my arrival as it took several hours to be warm enough to shed the duvet that I wrapped myself in while I worked

It was clean fresh and well presented. When there was an external power cut the owners were most attentive

Great Self-contained apartment with all facilities provided- Cooking/Laundry etc Perfect Location for me. Height was an issue (as iam over 6ft!) but if careful any issues can be avoided and will not stop me from staying here again...!

Not a big issue but it's on the street parking where it is very dark at night. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. Can be put up with for a few nights.

Perfect getaway for Ascot Races. Host very pleasant and got in touch to make sure everything was to our liking. Tea, Coffee and toiletries provided which was a nice extra. Perfect Studio apartment for a couple (as long as you're not too tall as studio has sloping ceilings including in the shower) We would return in the future.

The loping ceilings are the only drawback, not great for tall people or if you plan to be around the place for long periods. One quickly gets used to ducking when moving about. Parking is on the street, but it is a quite road.

The location was great, Quite and safe. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needed. Nice local pub with a restaurant within easy walking distance (see photo).

Shower / bathroom extremily small with limited headroom in the shower as detailed in the description. If you are over 5'11 then you are too tall for the shower. Limited car parking.

Lovely self contained apartment separate from the main house, small but adequate for single or couples and a very quiet location.

The electric heating panel didn't allow for heating to be higher than 21c. Only one panel worked, the other seems to be faulty. Space in the shower and toilet is limited with low headroom and space. No hangers behind the door for hanging clothes. Only bath towels provided. No hand towel or hand wash in the toilet basin. Bed is very firm due to the low mattress. Bed linen although clean, looks worn and could do with a refresh

It was very clean and access to the property was straight forward. It felt very secure. Height in areas of the apartment is as described.

Very low ceiling I kept banging my head, restricted room in the toilet and shower, bed very low and firm mattress and pillows, TV didn't work needed new batteries in remote,heat didn't work missing fuse these should be checked before occupancy

This is the least comfortable place I've stayed in a long time. We left 5 days early to stay in other accommodations and sacrificed our money. The bed was so hard that I had to sleep on the love seat and we hit our heads just sitting up in bed, using the toilet, and even showering. Worst part... it reeked of cigarettes. None of the extra linens pictured were in the room and the host questioned me when I asked for 1 extra pillow and a blanket.

Nothing really. The pictures on the website are really representative. A good quality and clean base for exploring the area, or visiting family (as I did).

Thank you for providing a great little base, only a short walk from good pubs, the Lexicon Shopping Centre, and easy to park on the quiet road. Really clean, and well-equipped with combi-oven, two hobs, fridge (with freezer comopartment) and washing machine (which I didn't use). Hosts sent a couple of messages to check all was ok which was kind and appreciated. TV with Amazon Firestick, NetFlix, BBC iPlayer etc.
