The key box was really difficult to open and lock BUT everything else was amazing

Location is great, bang in the middle of Richmond. The apartment had everything you could need. Very clean. Communication with the owner was great and very helpful.

The only downside is it being next to a pub and closing time was a bit noisy, especially when its warm and you have the windows open at night. It wouldn't stop us staying at the property again though

Stairs would challenge the older unfit.

Location was unbelievable- right in the heart of Richmond’s market place. The house had everything you needed and really good heating and shower. A delightful village with delightful people. We would recommend this place to families and couples. The stairs are the only negative - one flight is very steep ; the other two are fine

Noise outside the pub next door late at night

The apartment was lovely and clean with enough space for 4 people. Location was great, on Market place, very close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Quite easy to find a car space as well

Parking was an issue even with the disc parking. Paid for a weekly pass at Nuns Close a few minutes walk away which sorted it out.

Location was fabulous and liked the comfortable lounge with Netflix etc. Everything you need is provided.

A hand rail on stairs leading up to apartment Dad struggled with those stairs Ither staircases fine for him as he could use bannisters

It was all great for our purpose but the kitchen is small and a bit limited so not ideal if you wanted to do a lot of cooking. It’s also next to the Talbot hotel so on a weekend you might have to put up with a bit of really bad singing! But not too late.

Parking is tricky but pay 15.00 to park on Nunns Close car park and you can stay up to 7 days there.

Excellent central location and apartment spotlessly clean. Would definitely book again. Host Jim was very good with communication

There was nothing for couple staying in this property not to like

We found the property to be well equipped, clean and comfortable. The central location (just of the Market Square) could not have been better with superb access to shops, pubs and restaurants. We accessed local walks direct from the property leaving our car in a longer stay car park (£15 for the week).

As an older couple we could have done with a hand rail on the entry stairs but that didn't stop us enjoying the whole stay at Comfy Dales Apartment.

The location, cleanliness, wi-fi, all fixtures and fittings were all spot on. Parked the car up for 4 days and just walked everywhere! Loads to see and do. There are several cafes, restaurants and bars around the market place so no cooking!

It is next to a pub. We didn't have the windows open but it would be noisy at a weekend in summer with the bedrooms being at the front.

The accommodation was excellent and great location. Clean and had everything that we needed. Great use of space and well thought out. Big wardrobe and lots of coat hangers for a change. Nice big towels. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future

Only that we didn't realise a funfair was on....so there was ridiculously loud music thumping til 11pm. However not the fault of the property owner, its a lovely place! It was just bad luck on our part.

Really lovely, comfortable property, immaculately clean. Perfectly located and well stocked. Great instructions given too!
