Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germanythat staff stated no visitors allowed even for short visit. Maybe due to their religious viewpoints (likely Muslim() which is common and customary in Muslim nations but not in UK. For this reason i would not stay again at this hotel.

The location was great, we stayed at the quite end of the street but the other end had pubs shops cafes and restaurants. Surprisingly we heard no noise from the end of the street we were on. The room was clean

The Max at a push if stayed here again that I'd be happy to pay is £80 per night. Stayed at other places in London with breakfast & WiFi included in the price, for nearly half this price. Had to pay extra here for WiFi use & no breakfast options either.

After reading some reviews I was not sure what to expect. The hotel was definitely in need of some updates, but it was clean and comfortable. Excellent location as I overnighted before transferring for a cruise. The hairdryer was broken which I reported. If you're in Room 101 , insist you be given one if still broken!

United StatesMy sister and I are in out sixties, and we had heavy suitcases. The desk clerk, a well fit man had no problem watching us struggle mightily to get them up the narrow staircase. The room and bathroom were very small, we had to move the small kitchen chair to the hallway because it wouldn’t fit in the room with our baggage.
