Room was a little small. This would make bathroom access difficult for a large person.

IN an area close to transport links, ideal for accessing locations in London I wanted to visit.

that staff stated no visitors allowed even for short visit. Maybe due to their religious viewpoints (likely Muslim() which is common and customary in Muslim nations but not in UK. For this reason i would not stay again at this hotel.

The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable The "bathroom" was tiny and the smell was vile, like sewage and perm chemicals No breakfast Wifi was spotty at best for paying £2.50 Would stay in the area again but unfortunately not this hotel

The location was great, we stayed at the quite end of the street but the other end had pubs shops cafes and restaurants. Surprisingly we heard no noise from the end of the street we were on. The room was clean

No lift, wifi costs £2.50 a day and barely works. They should get better wifi. Poor phone signal in the area. Everything else was fine.

Room small, had to keep toilet shut & extractor fan running all night as smelt really bad of sewerage. def not worth £195 a night. The Max at a push if stayed here again that I'd be happy to pay is £80 per night. Stayed at other places in London with breakfast & WiFi included in the price, for nearly half this price. Had to pay extra here for WiFi use & no breakfast options either.

Hotel was very basic which I expected but the bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable, bedding wasn't properly cleaned and the bathroom was very small and plastic, also dated and not as clean as I would have expected for the price I paid.

location was pretty good, a decent walk from Victoria but not too far. Nice neighbourhood feels safe and is quiet at night.

The hairdryer didn't work. Shower drained very slowly but this didn't affect me as I only had a short shower.

After reading some reviews I was not sure what to expect. The hotel was definitely in need of some updates, but it was clean and comfortable. Excellent location as I overnighted before transferring for a cruise. The hairdryer was broken which I reported. If you're in Room 101 , insist you be given one if still broken!

The bathroom door had expanded due to water and didn’t shut, I understand the compactness of the bathroom but it was a pain having the sink in the shower area, not enough flat space to put things, no spoons, cosmetic attention required

The room was basic, very compact, ok bed, tea/coffee facilities and a TV.

Toilet/shower room was like a capsule style very small but did the job. During this hot weather a fan would have been welcomed, but there was a big window that could be opened.

My sister and I are in out sixties, and we had heavy suitcases. The desk clerk, a well fit man had no problem watching us struggle mightily to get them up the narrow staircase. The room and bathroom were very small, we had to move the small kitchen chair to the hallway because it wouldn’t fit in the room with our baggage.

Close to the bus and train station. The area felt safe. It was clean, except for the carpet. It was just fine for just an overnight stay.

The price is affordable, the place is small, as expected in the pictures. We knew what we booked, so for that we cant say anything bad. You have to pay extra if you want wifi. A good place to stay if you are on budged.
