Had a very lovely stay here, short but sweet. Clear instructions were sent a few days before our arrival with postcode, entry codes, room number etc. Parking right outside. The room was lovely and cosy, a little warm but there were instructions on how to turn it down, the WiFi code all written down clearly and was super fast. We had tea, coffee and milk in the room with some very delicious cookies! The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was really nice also with various options available. The owner was polite and helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely consider here.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Great location only 4 mins to where I was working. Plenty of off road parking available. Spacious room, comfy bed with en-suite bathroom. All very clean! Breakfast included in price. Really nice! This is my 3rd time here and usual high standards. Would recommend.

The guest house is in an ideal location for me, and took me under 10 mins to get there. Clear instructions had been sent to me both by email and text, so I knew my room number and how to get into the property prior to arrival. My room, ideally located on the ground floor was clean and big! Plenty of tea and coffee there, and some nice biscuits......the only dissapointment was that these weren't replaced for my second night :-( They mention on their website that breakfast is important, and they are not kidding. I was first in for breakfast as both days I wanted to be on the road early, and they have a great choice of cereals, bread, jams and marmalades, and a fine menu of cooked options. I had the full breakfast first day....and didnt need to eat again that day I was so full! I asked the second morning, and the ladies kindly tailoured a cooked breakfast for me, still filled me up but was a great start to my day. Add tea or coffee and juices too. I will certainly visit the Colebrook next time I'm visiting the area.

My husband felt duvet was too warm and heavy, but I was comfortable so this may just have been a personal preference, however I did think the mattress sloped inwards a bit so might be worth changing it if it’s a few years old?

Beautiful house, lovely features, care has been taken everywhere to make the whole place look its best. Easy to find, easy to gain entry, parking outside, good breakfast, lovely staff, comfortable room, very close to North Camp village

I like that a member of staff reached out to me before my arrival and clear instructions were given in regards to use of door code, room numbers and keys. Breakfast had a good variety too.

The sink in the ensuite was rather small and a flannel should have been provided because of this.

Julie and Sandra were wonderful and considerate hosts and superb cooks as the breakfasts were absolutely 💯 delicious! The eggs benedict were done perfectly 🥰. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.

Good 2 night stay. Fair size room very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, especially my poached eggs today that Julie made. Would definitely stay again. Staff welcoming nothing was a problem.

It was a shame there was no lactose free/ dairy alternative milks, that said, the Eggs Benedict were fabulous! So not all was lost :) There was also a lot of clonking about in the morning. Not so bad as I am up early anyway, but for a light sleeper this may have been an issue.

the room was very spacious and home-y. The hosts were lovely too, very kind and relaxed as well as helpful sorting things on the phone when I had to book in an additional night on late notice.

Our room was on the top floor which meant climbing up stairs. This wasn't the owner's problem as we had a late booking. He did accommodate us by letting us store our luggage on the main floor.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Have stayed here twice recently and both rooms have been very comfortable and clean. Everything you need to make it a home from home. Nice little touches tea and coffee and biscuits. Perfect and would be happy to stay here again. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of choice. Quick service and if you go for a cooked breakfast always piping hot. A lovely little hidden gem.

The room was nice and clean, the bed really comfortable and the staff were lovely. I left something in the room and was immediately told, and was able to pick it up later that day.
