The carpet was socking at the door is u first go in to the room the telly had one channel the shower didn't work you could smell the damp when u went in the room and the rooms were quite cold and wee and am sure the piture the ensuit room had a bath in it and there was no bath me and other guest had to laugh about it or wee would have cried

The staff were really good and helpful and pleasant cany fault the staff actually feel sorry for them having to give us the room as the potential to be a good place

It's not clean. it looks like it's still being renovated tea coffee and milk in the room, but no cups. There is no staff on site unless you're checking in. Rooms are tiny, and the beds are not comfortable.

After check in no host or staff was seen even at check out so any problems we had no contact point, tea and coffee facilities were randomly thrown over a table and mugs were stained from last use.

This was a cute little hotel, in good situation for beach, tower ect. We arrived a little early and lady did let us check in. Rooms were a good size

The property was under renovation so on the morning of my stay I was told I was to be moved to their sister hotel. For Blackpool standards the sister hotel had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable

Accomadation was poor. No hot water in room or bathroom. Nowhere to hang your clothes. Only two bedside tables and very small table ( looked more like A stool than a table ) no chair in room. Bed was lumpy. I feel acombination wardrob would be useful and the downstairs reception area could be put to better use with a small area for a microwave and perhaps a couple of dining tables for guests. These comments have no reflection on the staff.

I know it was cheap for a couple of nights but not much really didn't have any hot water to shower for the few days we where there the mattress was uncomfortable springs coming out no remote for TV and not enough bedding sorry x

The host was really really lovely she'd only just taken over and said there staying open for the season once the season is over there decorating throughout and getting stuff done

Wasn't very clean one of the top bunks was covered in hair and dirt. Our TV didn't work, the guy ended up giving us a box to watch Netflix however the WiFi was switched off in the morning or wasn't working for some reason. Trying to keep children entertained without a TV is quite difficult when you are getting ready. Kettle didn't work the first evening and morning (was fixed half way through the stay). Bathroom door kept sliding off once again with 3 children in a family room quite unsafe.

The gentleman that ran the place we very friendly and accommodating. He sorted out a few of our issues to the best of his abilities.

it’s constantly stunk of damp and cannabis. Paid for a room with a shower but the shower didn’t work at all wouldn’t even turn on, the sink never had hot water either. Not only no hot water the first night there was no heating at all because apparently it was cutting out, was offered a heater for my room and when i asked the owner for the heater he messaged back saying he couldn’t give us one as he didn’t have one bare in mind it is middle of winter and it’s very cold. The lock on our door in room 2 was broken, didn’t lock properly so we had to shove our bag in-front of the door when we was in there because we didn’t feel very safe at all. Not only that the bed was not looked at and made with care as there was glass in the bed under the bed sheet which i didn’t notice until it had cut my finger open, when asking for a plaster for the cut coursed by the owners lack of care they said they didn’t have one Woke up one morning at 10:30 to the male owner arguing with a female abour what we could gather was drugs, made us feel very uncomfortable for the rest of our 2 nights staying there… over all pretty terrible stay and we didn’t look forward to going back to the room after a nice day out. wouldn’t go here ever again

for the price paid i cant moan over all it was decent for £75

Parking situation but that's pretty much everywhere in this area. I have limited mobility and an overnight disabled space would have been amazing. Again, our expectations were few and our stay was short (1 night) overall pleasant stay.

Welcoming staff. Clean rooms & fresh smell. We only needed somewhere to get our heads down so didn't need/expect much. The room was sufficient for our needs however I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than a couple of nights only due to space in the room. No quibbles with anything really. Noise at night was not a problem either, it was very peaceful.

You get what you pay for. It would have been ok for just one night but as we stayed 4 nights was difficult with kids. Really needed a bed and breakfast which is what I thought we booked. Decor a bit tired and shower rooms need some work. If your staying for one night it would be great.

Location was good and for car parking. Family room happy kids had a separate space but was joined.
