This is such a stunning property. The owner Lucia took so much pride in hosting us and we were very welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The room we had (no5) yes was the more expensive out of the rooms but was worth every single penny. Beautiful room layout, spacious, all the comforts provided, even fresh milk in the fridge with two chocolate bars. The bathroom, wow was beautiful…. We wanted a bath and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely jacuzzi style bath and also had a lovely sized walk in shower. This was a luxury stay.

The check out time (10 am) was a little early for us with breakfast and moving the car, but that's a minor point.

Cosy, quiet room with excellent bed and shower. The breakfast was ample and delicious, and there was also a fridge and kettle in the room. Only stayed one night but had a great night's sleep. Lucia, the proprietor is so warm and friendly. We'd stay again when down in Sussex next time!

I cannot find anything I disliked about the property. Parking was difficult but that is not the fault of Coast but the road in which it is on. Lucia does give you parking permits which allow you to park on the road. This is one of the downsides of wanting to stay in a coastal town as popular as Bexhill.

Everything! That is being completely truthful. From the moment we met Lucia we were made to feel welcome. Coast is an amazing B&B. May I say I’ve stayed in Boutique hotels that did not come up to the standard of Coast. The room was amazing. The bathroom was so clean with a walk-in shower and ‘jacuzzi’ bath. White Company amenities made it have that luxury feel. White fluffy towels finished the room off perfectly. Bringing me on to breakfast…. Freshly cooked by Vicki. We were made to feel nothing was to much to ask for. Oh and the coffee was divine! Hot too!!!

Absolutely lovely stay at Coast B and B. Very comfortable and our host was super. Our room was lovely and sunny with table and chairs overlooking the garden at the back. Everything was super clean,bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Smoked salmon and eggs..mmmm. lovely coffee too. Would definitely stay again.

The sea was at the end of the road and the shops and restaurants were all within a close walk. We were in room 5 which was very spacious. The whole house is decorated to a high standard and is spotlessly clean. Our room had an extra large double bed and a small balcony, from which you could see the sea. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate jacuzzi bath.

Lovely B&B near the sea and restaurants, shops. Breakfast was a choice of various dishes including a full English or pancakes and highly recommended. Our room was lovely, with the bonus of a hot tub. Lucia the owner and her staff at breakfast were lovely.

The parking is all on street and permit controlled so getting a spot near to the property is a bit hit and miss. Permits are £2 a day and can be purchased from Lucia, the owner of the property

A beautiful property in a great location. We were met by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The en-suite bathroom was of a similar standard with a large walk in shower. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided with milk available in the rooms mini fridge. All of this was topped off with an excellent, freshly cooked breakfast

There was nothing we didn’t like, but if you can’t walk far or have a lot of luggage then, Parking can sometimes be tricky, first come first served, but large car park just down the road - we were lucky and got a space outside for £2 a day…
