This is an amazing apartment. The location is excellent and it is finished to a really high standard. The hosts kept in touch all the way and can honestly say its the best apartment we have stayed in in Helensburgh. Would definitely stay here again.

No plug for hairdryer in the bathroom nevertheless we could use an hairdryer (provided) in the bedrooms. We would have appreciated to have a stool in the bathroom to put our toiletry bags while using the bathroom.

The location was great, easy to find and with a view on Loch Lomond! Breakfast was not included but shops not far away to get what is necessary. The kitchen is well equipped and has a diswasher; also equipped with a washing machine and dryer which are much appreciated. The apart was very nice, warm, comfy and with a lovely decoration.

The only suggestion would be to perhaps get the rug in the lving room changed or cleaned as it had been a little worn. Only thing I can honestly say!

As a family we appreciated great location of the property, it is close to all the attractions and we enjoyed the relaxed feel of Helensburgh. All the shops are close by and with an amazing view out of the window it is a great place to be and relax.The property is well maintained with well equipped kitchen. Overall very tidy and comfortable beds are the highlight. Also lots of restaurants in the area and even a brand new leisure centre on the doorstep too. Would highly recommend if you are looking for great hosts (Alice was of great assistance to us and contactable, let us check out a bit later and we found some lovely treats when arrived as well!) offering you a comfortable stay (clean, quiet and spacious) and with lots of things to do in the area to explore (Loch Lomond, hiking etc etc)

The apartment door could do with adjusting to ensure it closed better. Other than that there was nothing to dislike.

The place was perfect for our stay. My friend had never been to Scotland and she was amazed at the view from the apartment. The location was ideal and we managed to get parked outside without any problems. The whole place was decorated to a high standard but for me the shower room was the star of the show. Excellent equipment and necessities were supplied for cooking if you wanted to. We only made breakfast during our stay as there are plenty of places to eat lunch/dinner in town. The short walk to the train station made getting into Glasgow very easy so no driving required. Alice communicated really well throughout and was very accommodating when my travel companion changed.

not actually anything in the flat. just would have liked a light in the downstairs hallway at night.

it was exactly as advertised. Well equipped and comfortable. shops and cafes all close. great view out the window with your morning brew.

Nothing, everything was lovely

The place is a little hidden gem, it was a lovely location with beautiful views of the clyde. The apartment was so comfortable and a lovely base for our family on a sad occasion (we were there due to a family funeral) Alice the owner made contact regularly before we visited and sent a lovely message after our first night to ensure we had settled well. The place was immaculately clean.. and oh the shower I could have stayed in that all day if I had the chance!!! There is not one negative comment I can say about the place.

We really liked the apartment. It had great views over the Clyde, was clean and spacious an£ well equipped. Alice was a great host with good communication and helpful notes. There was parking nearby. The flat has an excellent location right on the sea front and close to cafes, restaurants and shops. We had a really nice time here.

Might have been me, but found the door key box very fiddly and hard to open. The numbers were hard to read and actually opening the box was a bit problematic.

Excellent property, beautifully furnished, homely and very comfortable. Great kitchen and bathroom. Location excellent and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Heating was very good, spotlessly clean and overall an excellent stay.
