IndiaThe size of our room was pretty small but I guess that can be sorted by booking a larger option from amongst the ones available.
Food at the restaurant was delicious. The decor and interiors in the property as well as in the rooms were amazing. The views from the corridor were breathtaking.

Really nice, renovated country inn. Yes, in the "middle of nowhere" but close to the main access to Skye, and not far from Loch Ness. It's perfect for a relaxing stay away from everything else. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous, perfect for a morning and evening walk. The staff is really nice and courteous. They also own the bakehouse across the street, with great coffee and treats. We stayed two nights with my wife and kids and it was trully relaxing.

United KingdomWe took a late breakfast and the bacon was a bit chewy. Had to ask for a 2nd coffee. The hotel is mainly well landscaped, but there is some work to be done just above the staff quarters.
Beautifully appointed and comfortable room. The hotel has been nicely and thoughtfully decorated - very pleasant and relevant to the location. Staff were generally attentive, friendly and thoughtful.

United KingdomOver priced, lack of quality products in the room ie ground coffee and cafetière, snacks, choice of milk, pillow upgrade, larger towels. Cost of the dog stay - of 5 hotels and this was the most expensive by 75% all had dog bags. Ironing board and iron was terrible in performance. Food was nice but portions small, over priced for traditional tastes - more suitable for Indian restaurants, not expected from here at all. Would have liked more choice on the menu. Cheese board, more seafood, bakery across so something different?! Cleaner blasted his tunes out in the adjoining rooms - awful to listen to! Breakfast was okay but buffet wasn’t fresh when we arrived, some things were well overdone. No choice of poached eggs or traditional fish breakfast menu. All staff had gone over to the coach trip that had just arrived.
Location, service but there was an additional charge of 12.5%! The view was beautiful! Chefs obviously more than capable of cooking nice dishes.

GermanyIt's quite pricey considering it's in the middle of nowhere. We had high expectations of the breakfast, but the coffee was mediocre, there weren't any fresh vegetables offered and the food was basically the "full fry up" but you have to combine it yourself. It's ok and still nicely served, but I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement here.
This hotel is very cute, seems like the owners are a bigger chain and they tried to make this a special experience. The rooms are pretty, there are interesting details everywhere and overall it's well designed. The stuff is very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our conversations with them whenever those occurred. There is also a nice bakery across the street where you can restock on your trip. Their pastries are served for breakfast at the hotel. And I have to mention - there are deers casually walking just outside the hotel, it was amazing to watch them from our window!

We were very pleasantly surprised with Cluanie Inn! The scenery is breathtaking and the room was perfect. The shower was the best we had in our whole time in Scotland. Dinner and breakfast were also both delicious with great variety. Highly recommend!

BelgiumGoh, maybeeeee the bathroom: we had a room adapted for people in wheelchair. So the bathroom was not ideal for us. But whatever, we had the most incredible view on the mountains and reindeer at our window. So no: the room was great.
Location location location. It's incredible: between the mountains and lakes, almost nothing around. Just one road. The location is fabulous. Food is good. Staff is very helpfull. And the rooms are spacious and very comfy. The bed is perfection.
