There is a lot of stairs up to the top floor, but if you want a sea veiw it's worth it, there was work being done to the hotel when we stayed but the scaffolding didnt really obstruct the veiw

All the staff were lovely the man on the desk even let us use some cutlery and plates from the breakfast part, because we got a take away and they didn't give us any cutlery, lovely breakfast in the morning

The steep stone steps into the building with no hand rail. The scaffolding in front of the window. Some carpet/lino was lifting and needed nailing down.

The layout of the room and the quietness of the area despite busy road during the day. The position on the sea front.

Great location, friendly helpful staff that cheerfully checked us in late (after 10 pm, held up in traffic out of London for ages) and thought it was great value for money overall. The renovations look really promising of a bright future.

Situ of our room (not near the other accommodation areas) felt a bit isolated

Fantastic hosts, very attentive and helpful, very relaxed atmosphere. Good choice at breakfast. Good value for money. Some renovations going on during our visit and the route to our room was a bit mismatch and a bit dated throughout however still good value for the money paid.

Parking in the street was easy, the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the rooms were comfortable with enough room for storage. The rooms were quiet and the hotel gave very good value for money. I did not expect perfect decor as the price was so low and clearly renovation is in progress. I was pleasantly surprised at how well organised and clean everything was. The staff were very accommodating with provision of gluten free food for our grandson.

The bathroom was very small but useable. Work was being done to the front so covered in scaffolding although no problem with work noise. The mattress in my room was too soft for me.

Located on the sea front. single room on the hotel front overlooking beach with great view. Nice breakfast. Close to the Alhambra and pubs.

It was good value for money and right on the seafront. A 5-10 minute walk into Morecambe town centre.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The hotel is in a great location right at the seafront.

Restricted parking. There was scaffolding up at the front of the hotel due to renovations, but we had paid extra for a sea view and this was spoilt.

The outside steps had no handrails, when I asked for a sea view I didn’t realise we would be at the very top of the building, I can’t do lots of stairs due a back injury (no working lift). The handrails were loose and offered little assistance. The extractor fan in our en suite was covered with dirt and fuzz so lord knows how it extracted anything. The shower was temperamental as to whether you got scalded or frozen. And no fans available for those who run hot.
