Everything was great! Couldn't find the smallest fault.

The apartment couldn't have been nicer or better appointed. Every need had been thought about, and Annika was super hellpful. It is in a great location, very close to shops, bars, restaurants, the Museum Quarter, and Volksgarten. Very easy to get the tram and underground which are both just 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment was extremely clean, excellently equipped and we had all the stuff we needed. Our host Annika provided all necessary information in advance and took care of us during all the stay asking if we need anything. We asked for some additional items that were provided immediately. We also were able to store our luggage after checking out in the storage room that was extremely convenient. Thanks a lot, we will definitely choose this apartment again in our next stay in Vienna. The location was also great as everything was reacheable in 15-20 minutes walk.

The host was extremely helpful and attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The attention to detail was outstanding and is probably the best accommodation we have experienced in our travels. The building itself is fabulous and has a great history. Good location, a short walk to the Museum Quarter. Can't think of any faults and will certainly stay here again if we return to Vienna.

Clean, beautiful apartment with everything you needed (tea/coffee, breakfast cereal, and the champagne and chocolates were such a nice surprise). Jakob was so helpful and made the stay easy. Awesome location, walking distance to most sights, and train was only a few minutes away if we needed. Great cocktail bar right across the road, and so many restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. We had a fantastic time.

This property was ideal for our sightseeing trip to Vienna. The location was perfect, in the museum district with the main museums just round the corner. It’s authentic and full of character. We had several Wow moments. Chewy was an excellent host, meeting us on arrival and showing us round, nothing was too much for him. There’s a great cocktail bar across the street with friendly staff. There’s a traditional restaurant 2 minutes away, a little green house, which we recommend. A memorable stay, a memorable trip, we’ll be back.

Very welcoming reception. Our hostess met us at the door and escorted us to our room. She explained where everything was and how things functioned. There was a large binder with instructions on how to operate the French press coffee maker to how to use the shower. Together with stores, transit and every imaginable service you could desire. Thank you for the special treatment.

There was nothing not to like

Everything about this place was fabulous - Clemens was a superb host, all of the communication was excellent and the apartment was so well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was so much attention to detail, including a bottle of sparkling wine to greet us as I had mentioned that it was a special birthday trip. Fantastic location. Spacious, clean, cute apartment. Hosts, Annika and Clemens, were lovely. So many little extras provided, which was really appreciated. The bed was so comfortable. They even left toys for our 2 yr old, which was a blessing. Certainly recommend this place. Museums, etc, really close by. A note for families with a buggy, don't worry about the lack of a lift, there was an easily accessible storage area on the ground floor where they allowed us to keep ours. Thank you!!
