Stairs are quite steep and sharp turn at the top but luckily a handrail.

Surveyors reported that the apartment was great, very clean they have enjoyed their stay. I would like to thank Lia for her quick communication and kindness, we are very please and wish you the very best for the future. If we ever working in the area we will definitely stay Clifton House again.

loved the house and loved the location - exceptionally central (10 min walk to centre) while being quiet and secure. Gorgeous house with a very long garden - table and chairs outside to enjoy the sun. Host had thought of everything - even little touches like landing lights coming on automatically when sensing movement in the night - helped light the way to the bathroom. Lots of space and both bedrooms were double beds and very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Pin number was sent to access keys from key lock and host provided a parking permit too. Highly recommend.

There was nothing that I didn't like, and I have stated in many different accommodations.

The whole house set up was fabulous. It was clean, homely, comfortable. Everything in a place that was accessible and practically. Felt like home.

The shower was okay but the pressure could have been better. Very hot shower, could have had better heat control. Other than that it was perfect.

The top stairs arrangement for older people. Downstairs toilet rocked a bit.

Well equipped, very clean, cosy, Fresh flowers in the lounge - a lovely touch. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided, host had asked which type of milk I wanted.

The shower was a little temperamental, there is a twist at top of stairs so just be aware if need to use bathroom in night!

I found the central heating controls frustrating but completely understand why you need a system like that. Just not very technically minded.

It was good to have the house to ourselves and come and go as we pleased. Good location for Hereford centre.

Liked everything, observations not complaints- a stopper in kitchen sink, heating in downstairs toilet (was balitc outside to be fair), a tea towel/dish towel, a better shower upstairs (pressure is poor). Small things just proves how great the place is, we'll be back defo.

A couple of little things ie no towel in downstairs toilet, small omission that was simply overlooked. Had a great text response from the owner who apologised for the lack of a towel there and in the kitchen. The kitchen could do with a washing up bowl, tiny omission but owner very amenable to getting one. All small things that really are not that important in the big picture of things.

The property is immaculate and smells really lovely. It was comfortable and warm . It is very minimalist in the bedroom but it has everything one would need. Only one pillow per person which sort of surprised me Kitchen well equipped but did not find the frying pan, did not look well enough as there was one in the bottom of the cooker. Our fault! There are some areas that are a bit below par but know that repair is being done when possible, nothing that detracts from ones stay. Very handy for the city. Long back garden but a bit too wet for us to enjoy!!! Would stay there again.

Key safe outside to collect the key. However, the wrong access code was put on Booking.Com. but we were able to contact the host by telephone immediately and she gave us the correct code.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Very responsive host. Milk, tea and coffee all available on arrival. Very nice garden and putdoor seating. Great location for the city centre. Felt at home and welcome.

Location was perfect , 10 minute walk to Cathedral , 15 mins to town centre . Everything about our stay was perfect , lovely homely house with the most fabulous Lampshades . Lia our host was so friendly & welcoming , she let us have the parking permit earlier so we could park & explore
