Fabulous hosts, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless. Many great touches in the room, very well thought out. Comfortable bed. All areas of the property were spotless. Breakfast was lovely.

It's located on a surprisingly quiet street only 5 minutes walk from the beach, single room on the top floor was bright and clean, and I also enjoyed breakfast cooked to order - it was perfect, thank you!

Being really picky , shower head could be upgrading bit weak on spray.

We liked the friendly greeting on arrive from the owners and that continued throughout our stay. Lovely and clean room, great hospitality, breakfast varied and nicely cooked. Great all-around experience will definitely return.

The couple that run it are so lovely, nothing was too much trouble, as soon as we arrived they told us about things we could see and do, there was also a blue book in the room with information aswell. Our room was amazing, the comfort of the bed, the space, the facilities not to mention the bathroom, it was lovely, so big. Breakfast was a choice of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit juices, that was even before we got our cooked breakfast, Debbie even remembered everyone's order, was very nice and professional, even during it, checked to see if we had enough toast, tea and coffee. We were so impressed with the value for money that we have already booked to go back in October, there is a scooter rally (which Heath is in to) and our wedding anniversary aswell, so we will have another great weekend 😀 the beach is only a 5 minute walk and the pier and shops about a 10 minute walk, although the weather wasn't great (no one could help that) there was still plenty to see and do. Can't wait to return, looking forward to it already. X x

There was nothing we disliked about our stay.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our bathroom was excellent, with aids for anybody to access easily, including a hand rail in the shower, accessible shelving, and non-slip mats. Breakfast is made to order for set times so that it is fresh and hot when you wish to get up! Lovely selection of foods, both hot and cold to choose from, as well as a loyalty bar in the evenings. We had a guide in our rooms, which included menus and local attractions, etc. The location itself is just a couple minutes away from the seafront, but far enough away that it is on a quiet street, so no noise at night. Debbie and Arthur were fantastic hosts, and I would definitely recommend The Cleasewood for a stay in Great Yarmouth.

Our room was on the top floor, which my wife found difficult to access due to an arthritic knee. In fairness our hosts were not aware of this when we booked.

Room was lovely clean and comfortable. Derby and Arthur were absolutely brilliant so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was the best I've had in years. Bed was so comfortable.

The owners were really friendly. They gave us good information about where to eat. The rooms were comfortable and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was really delicious, the dining room was charming, and there was great attention to detail.
