Second stay at Clayton hotel in Manchester.Staff are so friendly and it is such a beautiful hotel. Stayed for a friend’s bday they were so nice. The view is amazing.Sadly missed the amazing breakfast I had last time after a late night out.😭

The price was too hight, for two nights around 370£ with breakfast. Room wasn't big, but it has one double bed and one single, that's why in room was less space.

The location was great, breakfast as well. Peasant and helpful staff.

The hotel was modern, clean and the breakfast was great. We ordered burgers from the room service late at night. Checking and Checkout was quick.

Just an issue with the breakfast. Couldn’t put together a full English as we were waiting for 3/4 items for 15 mins. 9am we went to breakfast and left at 10am, still waiting for bacon

Nothing everything was excellent from the start of our stay until we left.

The staff in the hotel were exceptional. Took time to talk to clients and gave good information. Very friendly and went out of the way to make the stay at the hotel a good experience. The location is excellent for everything in Manchester. Very comfortable rooms and the breakfast was of high quality. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Manchester. One of the best hotels we've stayed in.

The staff urges you to use the automated Check In/Out. I prefer a receptionist who can do it for me (as a guest) in much shorter time

The hotel is brand new and only a couple of metres away from the Village. Although they don't have their own car park there's an NCP just metres away.

pity there wasn't a carpark, but it is central to Manchester city centre. carpark costs £33.00 so wasn't too bad

We had to ask to change rooms on arrival as the one we first went into smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there were two discarded half-smoked cigarettes in the window. The swap was done with absolutely no qualms and the second room was alright. Limited toilet roll supply (we only just had enough) but that was the only real drawback. A bigger window would have been lovely, but that was just the nature of the hotel I think.

The hotel was nice enough, check in was easy online and we were seen right away when we arrived. All.of the staff we spoke to were approachable, polite, helpful and friendly. The room was ok and did what we needed. Breakfast was ok, if a little pricey, but not excessively so for a city hotel. The bar was lovely with very friendly staff, particularly on the Saturday night.

Noisy location, shouting in the middle of the night from drunks. Not ideal for when you are staying over for work and have a busy schedule. I guess it's the slight drawback of being so central.

Central location, walkable from both train stations. Easy check-in, small gym that served it's purpose and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was really good. Very impressive. I liked the room, it was very comfy, fresh water was available every day which was really appreciated.

Leaving, it's not a place to enjoy leaving.

The staff welcomed me back big smiling faces. Everything else is on my other review... too much good to list, I'm not typing it all again. Just Believe me, thus will be the right choice.
