We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location to the airport is excellent with great transfer buses. Parking good for a few nights.

GermanyThe Restaurant has a "system" which cannot tolerate not having a table number before you order. So, if you are ordering for your room you must go sit down somewhere. If as I was, you order then need to leave for a few minutes (toilet) then you come back. They cant find the order and are very confused. and I like servers to have sections so one person is responsible. The servers make the everybody is responsible work but who am I tipping? Dont tell me, they pool tips well then I am tipping the bad and terrible as well as my good server. Also, the airport transit can be hit and miss in that if you miss-hear a mumbled shout as to which terminal while aircraft are roaring above, you are not sure which terminal they go to. But, that can be ok because they often go to additional terminals anyway. An illuminated sign like on a bus would be an idea.

We booked 2 king rooms in 2 different Clayton hotels in Ireland thru booking and always had American king sized beds. This room was a definite downgrade from the others.

United KingdomIssue with payment on arrival thought payment had already been taken but sorted in the end. Issue with bedroom not enough towels only set up for 2 people although 3 people on booking had to call reception was asked if we needed them straight away advised yes they seemed a little put out but came. We were a late arrival as flight was in around 11.30 pm advised Hotel of this so they had plenty of notice to get room ready. Son used the gym this was ok but at first he couldn't access the door. We went to sleep about 1am and was woken up by house keeping trying the door at 8 am then they tried to come in at 8.05 am with there key access not impressed as the check out time was 11 am and due to the lateness of our flight interrupted our sleep. No information in room about facilities at the hotel. Coffee in room not great.Tried to check in online on the day issues with the Wi-Fi where we were then advised we would need to check in at the reception desk maybe could be open longer.
Very easy access from airport. Courtesy bus great service and very excellent drivers had very good customer service helped with bags and advised where people had to pick up ongoing transport links. Nice clean room.
