You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good transfer service between railway station and hotel and also hotel to airport. Room clean and tidy. Good food and beverages available. Staff polite.

United KingdomThe facilities were dated. The moment you enter the room, you can smell a foul smell from the room carpet. If it was summer or hot weather time you will be boiling hot as there is no air conditioning in the room. Just a heater and a portable fan.
The free 24hr shuttle service was really convenient! The drivers were all accommodating. You can be picked up and dropped off to the Manchester airport train station or Terminals 1,2 or 3.

The Clayton Hotel is within walking distance from the train station,but also offers a complimentary shuttle on arrival and the day of your flight.Very comfortable beds.

Room and facilities were good, breakfast excellent, however evening meal was disappointing as my wife's meal was slow in arriving, 40 minute s after myself. It was also incorrect and waiting staff had to take back and re-order. I have to add that the person who attended to our table was not at fault.
