Stayed in the garden apartment.. Tastefully furnished, absolutely spotlessly clean and very roomy with comfortable beds. Perfect for any family stay. Bathroom was delightful , the whole apartment was larger than imagined. Staff very friendly . Definitely be my first choice next time in Nottingham and certainly can recommend this hotel.

We were greeted by Adam behind reception who was very welcoming. The hotel itself is really lovely and traditional on the outside&inside but completely modern and comfortable rooms with en-suites. The rooms come with a little hot drinks station which is a nice extra. Comfortable bedding and good tv setup. City bus route stop right round the corner too so easy travel. Lovely stay will definitely recommend&come again .

It was pretty cold on the day snow had settled the night before. Upon arrival the place was pretty cold but after the heaters come on for a bit it did get better!

Only stayed 1 night but the place looked amazing was clean and we had a private entrance which was satisfying. Spoke to reception a few times as well and they were great very respectful and answered all my queries.

Our room was on the top floor in one of the dormer, very nice location facing the front of the building. The problem was that the heating was off on our arrival, outside was -1C and the room was freezing. The ventilation grid of the dormer roof placed inside the wardrobe created a constant big draught in the room and it was hard to reach higher temp in the room. We manage to turn on the heating, put a towel under the wardrobe door to stop the draught and it took hours to have a decent temperature in the room. Another problem is that the bathroom ceiling is not insulated and after the shower the hatch to go in the dormer roof was dripping condensation.

Very nice building and private parking. Located in a quiet street. the room spacious enough for a quick stop in town. Clean and not too noisy. The entrance of the building and the fist flight of steps is very nice.

Turned up at 2:45 understanding check in was 3 hoping to get in early to be treated n just be told 3 which wasn’t a problem came back at 3 and had to wait 25 minutes as room wasn’t ready

Very cold on arrival. We had to get reception to get heating on. Wardrobe had air vent which made clothes very cold. Need a shelf & bath mat for bathroom, plus hook on back of door to hang clothes or your towel. Only opened a short while. No breakfast room or bar facility. Should be finished by April 2024.

Parking was on site. Newly decorated, plenty of light. Good shower.

Absolutely immaculately clean room, friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Could do with a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering but apart from that I would definitely recommend to stay there. Would definatly stay there again.

Probably in need of a little modernisation. Would be good to have had a shower mat as the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Excellent price in a quiet location, but nonetheless accessible. Plenty of off road parking. Somewhat dated decor in communal areas. Room very comfortable, though pokey even for a single. Fantastic helpful staff though and always topped up the room coffee and tea, something more expensive places often don't do.

We stayed in the private room at the side of the hotel and the facilities are OK however the room could do with a small fridge and the hall radiator could be turned on an hour before arrival as it takes ages to heat up. Also they could do with a shower mat of some sort in the shower room so you don't slip when you get out the shower.

The staff go above and beyond to help you the room is clean and the beds are amazing, lovely little building on the side of hotel that consist of a private room staircase and small hall. The room to sleep in doesn't take long to heat up. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back.
