Just missed shared kitchen, because Scotland is quite expensive for me and I would love to make my own food.

I really loved the bedroom with bathroom inside of the room. The whole place is very nice.

They ask money (4£) for leaving the luggage in the hostel before check-in, even at 14:00… First time ever I see this. No towels.

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm on the first night and a private room for 3 nights. The dorms don't come with a towel and you have to purchase one for £6 as they don't rent them. The towel was worth less than £1 - I didn't bother to take it with me as it was pretty terrible. But I got one in the private room. Luggage storage is also £3. I feel like they want to charge you for absolutely everything. The private room was clean and had good amenities, however the bed was SO loud and I every time I turned on the top bunk I would wake my friend up on the bottom.

The rooms were clean, the dorm beds had privacy curtains and the private rooms had good amenities.

I stayed in dormitory room, with 10 beds. And only 1 bathroom. So sometimes some queuing to come to the toilet. And with no toilets outside the room, it could be some panic.

The bed was a bit broken on one side and there was a problem with flushing the toilet. We did not have there issues with our previous stay, so it depends which room you get.

This was our second stay after we returned from the West Highland Way. The room was a bit larger but also in much worse shape than compared to our previous stay. Except for that the staff, the location, or the value for the money is still very good compared to other options in the city.

A very nice place, close to city centre, clean, friendly and helpful staff members. We stayed over night before our West Highland Way trip because of the proximity to the Charing Cross station. We can recommend this place.

The receptionist came to our dorm to sleep. He spoke loudly on the phone whilst everyone slept and when he went to sleep he snored ridiculously loudly. They also couldn't get payment of my travel card online so they tried 3 times and now im out 150 pound and waiting for it to bounce back into my account. I payed in person but im still waiting to get the rest back. Also the shower water covers the whole floor of the toilet which is quite disgusting

The bed is very institutional and uncomfortable, and not great for taller guests. If we had been booked for more than one night I think we would have looked elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful, despite being very busy. Location is great.

The common room was closed each night by 11. I would of preferred later opening hours to get more of the hostle experience as a solo traveller

I get it’s very cheap to stay so they have to add all the other costs on by making you purchase everything in there but a hand towel to dry my hands would be good lol other then that, nothing I didn’t like!

Very nice place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep! Good walking distance into the city centre with amazing views along the way! Easy to get Ubers from! Considering so many people come and go from this place, the room was spotless, very clean and tidy!

I think the venue could invest in floor mats for the bathrooms, there are no window and water condensates fast. Also ventilation of en suite bathroom was continusouly on, bring some earplugs.

Located 15 minutes away from both main train stations and near more lively areas of town but still quiet. There is 24/7 reception, bunk beds are stable and shower had good pressure. Lockers are available for valuables.
