The common room was tiny and didn’t even have a microwave! The staff were okay but they briefly lost my laundry. Then said someone else had picked it up already and then suddenly found it under the desk?

The curtains on the bed were great, the bed was pretty comfy! The location was pretty good, close to all the shops

It was noisy. Especially in the middle of the night. People coming home from partying, I wake up with loud people trying to get in to their rooms— knocking, turning the key to the doorknobs, footsteps. All loud and clear from my room.

It was clean and with decent facilities. The bed is too big for me but it was comfortable. The bathroom is pristine.

Apart from the noise from some people I can't really complain as it's a cheap hostel close to the city center

Reception guys were nice and friendly and the bed was comfy too. Decently priced place and not too hot. Dealt with issues in a fast manner. Recommend

Well despite messaging and asking for my usual ground floor room, due to my mobility being limited, I was put upstairs. This meant I could only go up and down stairs once a day so I couldn't have breakfast or ho in and out ad freely. I also couldn't shower as it was an over bath shower. If I had known in advance the ground floor rooms weren't available, I'd have booked elsewhere. Instead I didn't enjoy my trip due to constant pain and not feeling clean. Oh and the sink hotvtap didn't work.

As usual helpful staff, clean rooms. Good location.

No elevator and climbing up to the 3rd floor with luggage is a nightmare.

The location was good and easy to find. The property is old but well maintained. The beds were very comfortable in the en-suite dormitory of 6 beds. The toilets were spacious and clean. The shower was good and had hot water. We had the entire dormitory. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Late Checkin was possible without any issue and charge. The parking ticket was stamped for a 50% discount if car parked in the car park build just few buildings away.

No laundry facilities, and they refused to change our money to use for the laundrette nearby.

The room was nice, and there's a handy sitting room next to the lobby.

My bed only had a duvet, no sheets or pillows when I arrived so I had to ask for the bedding. Our room had a window we couldn’t close, and the floor didn’t look the cleanest.

It was a pretty building, with friendly staff and a clean and working ensuite bathroom. Nice sized lockers and a ironing board and iron available to use. The room I stayed in was spacious, and the beds had privacy curtains and decent mattresses. Rooms accessible through key cards and easy directions.

There was no heating system, it wasn't funny. At least one should be in place to function at intervals.

I didn't like the communication in terms of the room, didn't get notified oh which bed space I was assigned until asking as the room became full quickly. Wasn't told about lockers in the room requiring a padlock, would've brought one from home if I knew.

Was a shared room, wasn't told which bed that I was assigned until the day of when asked. Was clean in the actual room however, looked like there was some dusting needing done in the hallways up by the celling but nothing to major just finding room for improvement.

Breakfast is enough. Some people near to hotel used cannabis...but there was no trouble caused by that....
