We had a lovely time here. The location was fantastic and the carpets, bedding and towels felt very luxurious.

Provided a cot but no cot sheet Listed as an apartment but is a 3 story house with loads of stairs which my child fell down Big dip in the bed

We liked it all and would revisit. It is a lovely way to experience living in Bath and great views from the apartment. The apartment doesn't have "bells and whistles" other than a great TV, but we loved it. This multi floor apartment comes highly recommended. The parking is the.biggest issue with a major charge per day needed but the apartment is centrally located.

The apartment, all very enjoyable and spacious.The location is ideal for walking into the centre of Bath. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants close by. Great for couples or families. Despite the central location it is peaceful and a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle and any traffic.

Kitchen tap was dripping constantly and making a high pitched noise at times, we needed to keep turning it on and off to stop the noise. No shelf or storage area in the bathroom to keep toiletries We had some difficulty operating the key safe in the dark when we arrived

Fantastic location easy to find from the railway station. A short walk into the centre of Bath. A beautiful apartment with high ceilings and period features. Great views of the city especially from the huge kitchen window. Very comfortable living room and well equipped modern kitchen. The property was always warm with very efficient central heating.We enjoyed our stay very much.

The living room was nicely heated but the rest of the apartment was very cool. Unfortunately we could not get the heat regulated and the microwave was a bit challenging.

I loved the living room with the cozy fireplace, pillows and blanket. The beds and comforters were so luxurious and we slept so very well. The views were wonderful and we could have spent the entire three days never leaving the apartment. It was just lovely and exceeded our expectations.

Not a dislike but a suggestion would be a chair in the back bedroom as only the bed to sit on. Parking is limited but I did manage to park in the cul de sac for 2 nights and one night by the nearby church. The location is good for the train station and a short walk into the bottom of the town centre. I would probably use the train next time.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen window was floor to ceiling with garden views. City views and Hot air balloons could be seen from the back bedroom! A lovely old tree sits on the green outside the front of the property and can be seen from the living room.

The house is very cosy, clean and well equiped with spectaculars views to Bath and just a stone‘s throw from the romans bath and cathedral.

Only thing that was a bit of a panic was we assumed it had free parking as that the property states parking. However the host Nigel was great and helped us organise permits for 17 pounds. It was just a bit stressful but worked out in the end.

Stunning home recently renovated. Beds were luxurious and comfortable. Facilities were amaizng and the view from the kitchen was stunning

The parking is a bit hit and miss. It costs you quite a bit to park and there is no permenant slot. However this is probably common for most places in Bath.

The property was lovely. Very quiet which is important for me. Location was spot on for all the resteraunts and shops and attractions.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The location can’t be beat - only a 5 minute walk into downtown Bath. Communication and check-in was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Overall the heating was great, but the heating in bedrooms was difficult to fathom, despite detailed information in house guide. As one of us has heat regulation problems, it was hard to get warm enough in the bedroom.

Location - so easy to walk everywhere but quiet. Fabulous view of cityscape. Extremely comfortable beds with high quality linen. Well equipped and comfortable living areas. A stylish and relaxing place.

1. Temperature control is overly complicated because it is programmed based on specific time intervals; also it seemed to forget settings from previous day, though I'm not sure. Also, different temperature at different zones, though same settings on two thermostats. 2. Rubbish disposal rules seem too complex and contradictory - seemed like three different bins for recyclables.

My elderly parents had a difficult time with the few flights of stairs in the apartment and the location up a hill. We walked everywhere and my parents had to take a taxi often due to the amount of walking and the hill incline. It does not have a washer or dryer if you need it. You do share an entrance with another flat. You need to recycle and separate every piece of garbage or there are fines just so you know ahead of time.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. We loved the views of the city from the bedrooms. The location was a nice walk from the Roman Baths for a person who enjoys walking (maybe 10 minutes). Close to train and bus stations (5-8 minutes walking). The apartment was clean and had a sophisticated feeling. We liked the duvets on the bed and the cute kitchen and living room seating in the evening. The bath towels were very large and so lovely. The area was really quiet. The city felt safe to walk around but can be dark as there are not a lot of street lights we found.

Could have had a few little things on arrival such as milk, wine, biscuits. Every place I have stayed in before has a few special things given on arrival, especially when you are paying a lot.

a bit too much focus from the host on being quiet and leaving on time. however as the apartment is in a residential area it is somewhat understandable.

Being really picky here because it was all beautiful, but the shower could be a tiny bit more powerful & the beds a bit firmer (sorry!).

The location to town (walked everywhere), the spaciousness of the apartment, the quietness (private road), the beautiful living room with the TWO sofas (perfect for our family of 4 to relax on).

We felt we couldn’t really relax as we were constantly worried about the long list of fines listed, even for basic things e.g using more than one black bin over a week. There was even a sensor in the lounge for the level of noise. We felt that really took away from our enjoyment and our ability to switch off and relax.

The interiors were of a very high standard and great taste. The sofa was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The gentleman managing the property was very helpful and answered any queries we had straightaway. It was very convenient in terms of location as it was so close to the train station.
