Council parking restrictions outside the house. The hosts really give comprehensive information regarding car parks in order to keep costs down, but my recommendation is to buy a residents permit (hosts give info on how to do this). It's not much more than parking elsewhere and the convenience of having the car outside the property would have enhanced the stay. We will be doing this next time. This is not a criticism of the hosts or the property---just some advice from an old man!!!!

This property was in an ideal location for us. We enjoyed walking into town and going out for a meal without having to take the car. The beautiful sandy beach is also very close by, as is the marina area with some interesting museums. The interior is modern and well furnished and has all that is needed for a holiday stay. We especially appreciated the quietness of the street and nice neighbours. Parking is really easy if you buy a visitors' permit as there is street parking always available. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact and were happy to give advice when needed.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't park my car outside the house during the day and there was no dishwasher in the house.

It was a beautiful house with a nice garden, The house was very clean and it's 5 minutes away from the beach and the shopping centre. I would definitely recommend this house.

The garden could be looked at, it felt a little untouched in comparison to the rest of the house - the grass being overgrown and patio area sandy/gravel like. Although we were aware that the prison was nearby and we had no issue, one of the street neighbours warned us about people trying car and door locks at night so left us a little unsettled.

The property was well furnished, it was beautiful decor inside & it had all amenities needed. Inside it was cosy & comfortable. Conveniently located for the town area and walking to the marina. The owners were very helpful, prior to arrival and during the stay. In general this property is suitable for smaller families, and provides a well priced property for Swansea.

I couldn't fault it, there was nothing I didn't like. The weather could have been better :)

Lovely property and the host was always available on the phone and very helpful. I thought my bed was comfortable at home until I used their bed. The house was very conveniently placed to get to the beach and the mumbles. All the home comforts you need for a good holiday. Parking right outside the door, and a lovely road.

We couldn't have asked for anything better for our stay - it was a fantastic property with great owners.

The location was perfect. Everything in easy walking distance, and the street was lovely and quiet. The owners were so helpful and very quick to respond to messages. The house is well-equipped and the beds really comfortable. A brilliant 'home-from-home'! It was very easy to get a holiday visitors parking permit from Swansea Council so we were able to just leave the car right outside the property for our whole stay, but we were given very detailed parking advice by the owner in case we'd decided not to do that.

Usually I try to think of at least one negative to balance things a bit, but I really can't. The place was a huge factor in making our stay in Wales a great memory.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely, everything was clean, and we loved the adorable decorations. There is absolutely everything available that a guest could ever dream of. Microwave, cuttlery, bathtub, fans, three TVs! A shelf full of books and even some toys for my little one. Checking in and out was super easy and the hosts were always reachable in case any assistance was needed.

The house is in a quiet street but in the a very convenient location. Walking distance from the marina and some shops. The house is clean and modern in decoration with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were excellent, answering all questions and providing us with additional parking information. We would be happy to stay again.

Nothing not to like. Only thing to know is if you have a car, that you can only park outside the house for an hour, as it is permit holders only. But the hosts provide good information for the closest carpark, which is a very close walk. So it doesn't really cause any inconvenience at all.

Location excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach and Marina. Also to the city centre. Lovely modern house with excellent facilities, in a quiet street. I couldn't fault it what so ever 😁 I will certainly recommend to others and book it again when in Swansea.

Great location under walking distance to the Swansea central bus station, Tesco superstore and the city centre (with lots of restaurants and entertainment). The house is lovely, featuring a nice garden, two comfortable beds and a huge smart TV (so you don't have to go to VUE in the city centre). The landlords are friendly and considerate.

It can be a bit warm inside especially during summer, but hosts provided fans in every room which was much needed and appreciated.

Theres no parking directly outside as it’s permit holders - but there are car parks within walking distance and some spaces are only restricted parking at certain times so if you watch the clock you can park near the house. it didn’t affect us too much, you can park outside for an hour to pack/unpack the car which was all we needed. Apermit would make it easier but I imagine the council don’t give out many permits that the owner could allows guests to use.

Lovely house in a great location! we travelled as a family with our 1 year old and dog and it was ideal. close to the beach and town and a good base to explore the Gower aswell! nice and clean with a modern interior and beautiful kitchen! We found it a very relaxing home - lots of lovely little touches. The other residents in the street were also really friendly and advised of lots of places to go with our dog! Owner is so helpful and friendly. we had a few issues with messaging through booking.com (that’s not his fault) but responded so quickly to everything by text.

The Town House in Swansea was in a brilliant location, lots to see and do within 30 minutes, we explored the Gower peninsula, Mumbles, castles, etc. The house is right by the city centre so is close to shopping, the brilliant waterfront museum and the arena. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed, particularly useful was the washer drier when the weather was wet, it also had a lot of USB charging sockets which was really useful as we didn't have to mess around with unpacking lots of plugs. The house was really clean and tidy and felt homely and was really comfortable for a family of two adults and two young children. The garden at the back was a lovely safe place for the children to play and had a covered area so you can sit out in all weathers. The owners communicated well and were friendly and approachable, this wad really helpful when we had questions. We had a great stay and can't wait to return.
