This was excellent! Perfect location on top of Tower Hill metro station. Nica view of Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Nice options around for food and drinks. We loved everything and plan on returning. The decor and vibe was very cool.

Only found touch pad a little difficult to use to access lights when using blackout blinds, however found switches which were easier.

•Staff were so attentive. Got such a lovely welcome by Sol who was so helpful with my elderly mother-in-law. Thank you for making check-in process easy and getting to our room so quickly. •View from room overlooked Thames, didn't have Tower Bridge but was still impressive. •Had amazing sleep in hugh bed. •I would definitely be back

In the new room, the chrome cast for the TV didnt work.

The location is right above the Tower Hill train station which makes it so easy to get around London. The room was amazing with the view and I extended my stay and can say a regular room has a great view as well.

The bedrooms had a toilet cubicle with no privacy for the shy person, if you are shy it would not be suitable for a new couple.

The entire experience, start to finish was lovely. The location is fantastic as it sits right above the tube so access to everywhere you want to go was great and an easy stroll to the southbank. Our room had a spectacular view of the Tower of London. The interior design was fun and sophisticated at the same time.

Lovely hotel, brilliant view of the tower and surrounding areas. The roof top bar personally is the highlight, we were able to watch the ceremony of the keys at the tower while sipping a cocktail 10/10

The rooms are quite small, so only fit for a short stay and the wall-to-wall bed, although extremely large, is awkward. I found the ipad controller fussy, annoying, and insufficient to properly control the TV. The 'famously' fluffy pillows are too insignificant and soft for a good night's sleep and the mattress was not the best.

Good location, especially as the hotel is above the Tower Hill tube, and a great view from the Thames-facing rooms. Funky hotel with great furnishings and cool, buzzing public areas. Everything is new, classy and interesting, making a stay here an enjoyable part of any trip.

The fun experience in the room with the ipad + rhe view on tower bridge was insane and the shard + the morning alarm :) +++ tower hill tube station is literally around the corner 30seconds away

A few ickle tweaks needed, amazing though the coffee was, even asking for extra hot, it was still barely warm. the whole breakfast / food scene needs a serious rethink & could have done with another pillow.

I loved the cheeky notes on everything, I loooved the amazing shower, the techy iPad, the views, the fabulous staff, wasn’t expecting much after reading the reviews, but all the staff took time out to speak to us & help us with stuff like checking in & out, met the Hoover on the way out, brilliant! Loved the Shabby chic feel about the place, the soundproofing was great,didn’t hear a thing, the amazing coffee, will def come back one day 👍👍
