Excellent place to stay. The room in the loft was both beautiful and functional. Very comfortable bed. Grate views from the window and the balcony. Erica was very hospitable.

Having to leave after one night! We loved the property

The property was beautiful, comfort was considered in every aspect, comfortable chairs to sit in and lovely bed, the bathroom had a shower and a bath, the layout of the property with its beautiful garden just made us feel as if we were in our own little oasis, the walk to Marazion took 5 mins. We were treated with fresh scones clotted cream and Jam, with everything for a lovely breakfast including freshly made croissants!

We felt too much food was provided leading to waste. For 2 people we did not need 4 scones and 4 croissants.

Extremely cosy. Exactly as in the photos. It exceeded our expectations. We stayed a day longer than planned. Dan and Ericka are very friendly and made us feel at home.

This was one of the best apartment accommodations I have ever booked and I have booked a lot! The location is stunning and the attention to detail with facilities, furnishings and equipment are all outstanding.

Pretty much everything. We had the Loft Room. Modern decor. Sea view from side window. Balcony looking north across horse field with some houses further away but views of hills too. Good coffee machine and capsules. Short walk to bus stop and Marazion. Great train journey from Exeter.

If you don't want to use the car and are not too mobile it is a ten minute walk into town.

Erika catered for my Gluten Free requirements exceptionally well. The cake she made was lovely and the cream tea for my wife on arrival was great. Could not fault the breakfast either. Accommodation superb. Spotlessly clean and in good location. Weather for us was very kind and our hosts could not have been better. lovely stay Many thanks.

Exceptional Gem of a property. The attention to detail. Luxurious interior and design. This accommodation has clearly been a labour of love for the vendors. Everything high end. Cream tea welcome on arrival. Croissants personally delivered. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you could need. The bathroom, particularly the bath was superb. Highly recommend staying here. 1 night wasn’t enough. Such a lovely peaceful setting with wonderful views across the fields. Woke to the sounds of the birds tweeting. The log burner made our evening extra cosy. Thank you for thinking of everything.

I can honestly say that was the best stay I had I Cornwall! Beautiful place, very clean, cosy and comfortable. All details are just spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The owners were really helpful and lovely. We appreciate the help with a fire place - amazing addition to the stay! Lovely breakfast and scones! Loved it! We will deffinately be back!!!

The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be some kind of blind or curtain around the front for privacy.

Continental breakfast supplied was excellent, service was also exceptional.

I'm 6 ft 6" tall and using the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. The shower wasn't the most accessible.

The property has pretty much everything one needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Quality fittings and furniture, generous supply of provisions & easy access parking. Hospitality over and above usual standards.

Great size “flat” with kitchen and living room, all finished in high standard with everything you need. Continental breakfast in the room, w/ fresh croissants brought daily. Nespresso machine Cream tea on arrival was a very nice touch! Perfect base for exploring Cornwall
