Every little detail was thought of. Lovely cream tea and croissants upon arrival. Toiletries and towels supplied. Fridge stocked with milk, fresh orange and yoghurt. Hosts are lovely too.

No control over the underfloor heating which meant it was a little hot in the bedroom - we actually wanted to turn it down!

Croissants, cream tea, milk, orange juice, bread, jams all provided and were lovely. Views were incredible and nice to have a fire going at night too. Location was great too and parking was crucial

Everything was just lovely the reason for our stay was a sad one and this lovely place and huge welcome with a lovely generous breakfast helped us through a difficult day. The hosts are so welcoming and it's clear they care very much . Thankyou

Excellent breakfast, nothing was too much trouble, even catered for my husband who is celiac! & the Scones jam and fresh cream were amazing !!! Definitely recommend the breakfast which set up for the day ahead!

only downfall was in the loft apartment there didn't appear to be any washing liquid to wash any pots

both apartments were amazingly decorated, attention to detail was evident. the breakfast was more than adequate, glass bottled milk which is a big hit for me. Cream tea on arrival. You just need to try it out.

Its ceilings are angled, as the photos show; it *might* not be suitable for very tall people.

Pristine, well appointed with lovely views of horse pasture and tiny balcony. Very comfortable and large bed, perfect for 2 people. While there was no kitchen, the host provided *delicious* cream tea and scones on our arrival, and later dropped off croissants and fresh bread with accompanying jams. She had stocked the mini-fridge with milk, butter, orange juice, and locally made jam. Amazing and welcome treats.

Nothing in particular couple things if you really want to be picky. Couple of the plates had food stuck to them so had to re wash before use. Floor seal strip behind bathroom door was dirty and ceiling had lots of cob webs but could only see them when was night and the light was on. This is us just being OCD

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the size of the bed! Staff weee lovely and friendly gave us great places to visit and eat. Breakfast was lovely too! Bonus you have the view of horses.

Great location for exploring the area around St Michael's Mount. Good space for a couple with added benefits of a little kitchen area and balcony. Views over fields and sea view. It was lovely to watch the fox and rabbits in the evening! Fantastic cream tea on arrival and lovely items for a continental breakfast each morning. Visited Newlyn and found a lovely little cafe on the old harbour that did the most fantastic cheese toasties. I recommend a visit! Thank you for letting us stay in the Loft!

Nothing at all

Location was excellent and the accommodation was finished to a very high quality. Hosts had stocked the food and tea coffee etc so well there was everything you needed for breakfast and afternoon tea. Fresh croissants every day that were a special treat.

Honestly there was nothing to fault.

I liked everything. Sitting down watching TV having scones and clotted cream with a cup of tea was a delightful distraction from a normal hotel stay, with what I would say is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed in.

Just about everything. We stayed last year as well and our return visit was just as good. Lovely large and comfy bed. Excellent views, excellent breakfast. Close to the town centre and beach and allocated free parking.

Ideal location, fantastic quality and tastefully presented facilities, generous cream tea and breakfast. Our hostess went the extra mile to enable me to undertake some important virtual meetings mid morning. She could not have been more helpful. All in all great value, very much appreciated.
