We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great room with large corner balcony overlooking St Laurence church. The location is perfect and central in the town. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Location right in town center next to beautiful church. Short walk to castle. Food at pub excellent! Bed comfortable. Nice staff. Amazing historic/charming 14th century inn. Marvelous views from balcony of church!

A characterful bedroom with exposed wooden beams, even the creaky floorboards felt right. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the coffee machine had real coffee. The evening meal was superb with good beer and wine selections and breakfast the following morning was excellent.

Great location. Lovely bar, with a beer garden in the church grounds where we had a couple of drinks. Breakfast was really good. Room was bigger than the pictures suggest and the little balcony was a good bonus.

We arrived for lunch and the meal was excellent. We received a warm welcome and check in was easy. We had a lovely room at The back of the Inn overlooking the church. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. The breakfast was spot on. We didn't want for anything and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful town.

Lovely, very popular dining and drinking pub. Great rooms, three have rooftop balconies overlooking the church and hills beyond. Delicious breakfast and great staff. Fantastic stay.

First Rate. Communication before we arrived ensured we had a table booked for evening meal. Every single member of staff was excellent, friendly, polite, and professional. The room was spotlessly clean. And I do mean spotless. Evening meal was really good, food and the service. Breakfast, we simply could not fault. Really could not have hoped for a better stay. The meals were good. It was well cooked. I travelled as a solo traveller and I talked to your staff on the hospitality team each morning and evening as my arrangement was to stay half board. Anything except lunch. The staff were very friendly and i thought the chefs had also done some good choices and nice meals. I do recommend your location of Church Inn to friends who are likely to travel over to Ludlow in the future.

A great town centre location with plenty of parking less than 5 minutes walk away. Beautiful room with an enormous bathtub and a delightful rooftop balcony overlooking the church. Excellent breakfast and very good lunch and dinner menu available.
