Only thing missing was a hairdryer however owner did bring us one to use.

This is one of the few places we have stayed where the photographs don't do it justice! Very well equipped, and comfortable, a home from home experience. The apartment was in a lovely suburb that had a selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants with walking distance. We hope to return.

The apartment decor was lovely especially the bathroom and the copper bath and shower. There were some lovely homely touches such as candles and shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The apartment had everything that you could possibly need and the bed was so comfortable. Really clean and tidy. Great location within walking distance of the tram station to get into the centre, really close. We will stay again!

Getting out of the incredibly comfy bed!!!!

We had a fabulous stay in Chorlton Garden Rooms. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, really well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed is so unbelievably comfy I didn't want to get out of it and the pillows were great too. The hosts were not able to meet us but we had everything we needed and clear instructions how to get in etc. They were super responsive if we had any questions too. The garden at the property is beautiful and we were left eggs, bread, milk, tea and coffee for breakfast - and some yummy brownies! It really was a home away from home and in a wonderful area in Chorlton, close to Beech Road with lots of excellent pubs, restaurants and shops. I really would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Comfortable, warm, well equipped. Very helpful owners. Excellent welcome pack of food, coffee, bread, eggs, cake and milk. Free parking space near by. Pretty garden. Bus and tram about 10 minutes walk.

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything was first class, very spacious, high quality kitchen and bathroom. Cool funky decor. Great location. Calm and tranquil and naturally cool. Very spacious bedroom giving a very restful two nights' sleep. The hosts were great, very welcoming and very helpful.

Wonderful location and what a place so quirky and peaceful. We are already looking to rebook. Perfect location and the hosts were amazing and communication was spot on. We felt we had our own little hideaway for the weekend with everything on our doorstop if needed. Thank you to Paul and Mary we truly loved it ❤️

The location was perfect, and there were plenty of restaurants/pubs/bars also within walking distance to the tram. The apartment had amazing decor, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would ever need, even milk, tea/coffee! The chocolate brownies were delicious. The bed was really comfy; Bedding was of a high standard. The best night sleep we have both had in a long time! The show stopper has to be the bath! The owners are perfect hosts and super friendly and very helpful, also only a phone call or message away. We would 100 % recommend this apartment and definitely stay there again! The apartment and the gardens are absolutly beautiful. It was a real home away from home, infact it was so cozy we didnt want to leave. Paul and Mary are exceptional hosts, communication was absolutly great. I cant speak anymore highly about a place I have stayed at before, this is by far the best and we cant wait to come back and explore the area more. The area was lovely with little shops and takeaways, restaurants and pubs. It was perfect for us.

A quirky property closely located to the tram with easy access to the centre of Manchester and in close reach to the pubs, bars and eateries in Chorlton. The property is tastefully decorated, modern, very clean and comfortable. For two people it is spacious and had the weather been better during our stay, the use of the well maintained outdoor space would have been a great addition. I’d definitely return and recommend to others.

This was a beautiful apartment which we loved, and we will definitely be back. Really light and airy despite being in the basement. Amazing fittings and fixtures, super comfortable bed, every room was beautifully decorated. Really close to Chorlton which has some great restaurants, breweries and parks. Paul and Mary are great hosts - helpful but not intrusive at all. They leave some breakfast/general food items in the fridge and cupboard and leave guides to Manchester/Chorlton/local restaurants. The pictures don't do it justice. We couldn't have asked for anymore!

Everything! The attention to detail was amazing! Little brownies upon arrival that were delicious! All the tea, coffee and milk we would need for the stay! Freshly squeezed orange juice! The property is beautiful, the little Alice in wonderland garden that takes you to a beautiful decorated property! Everyone room was a delight for the eyes.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Honestly the best place we have booked. The owners’ attention to detail and the fact that no expense has been spared when it came to our comfort meant we had a really wonderful stay. Can’t wait to go back!

The apartment is absolutely stunning. The owners have created a beautiful space with great attention to design and quality. Chorlton is a fabulous place to visit. It's close to the centre with great tram and rail links. It also has its own character and lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay at this property. We particularly appreciated the location, close to the buzz of Chorlton but tucked away and peaceful. Also the design and comfort of the property and the friendliness and responsiveness of the host (who was there when we needed but otherwise allowed us complete privacy). Overall it felt like staying in a stylish and well furnished home ( with lots of books, pictures, lovely furniture and plenty of good coffee and tea available) rather than a sterile hotel.
