Everything was perfect. There was nothing that we did not like at all. It was a perfect stay and we could not fault anything about the Chestnuts Boutique B&B. There was parking at the B&B which you don't get much in Bath.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was perfect!!! The Chestnuts Hoiuse Boutique B&B was in a brilliant location, and within easy walking distance of the centre of Bath. Tony, (the owner) greeted us and he helped to carry our luggage upstairs. He gave us a map of Bath, and marked places of interest, places to eat and drink. He gave us guidance of the best places and we highly recommend "The Hudson Steakhouse" to eat, yummy. The room was amazing, clean, spacious and a great bathroom. We even had little cakes put in our room, in the afternoons upon our return, waiting for us. The breakfast was scrumptious, varied options and we tried quite a few of them...delicious. Tony and the staff were friendly, the place was spotless, food was lush, and we couldn't of wished for a better stay...we will be back!!!

There is absolutely nothing what we did not like.

Our short stay in Bath was sweetened by the surprisingly high standard of accommodation. Decor, cleanliness, comfort, delicious breakfast and service at a very high level. We left the house without a shadow of a doubt and would recommend this place to everyone!

Loved every detail.

Immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Excellent room: robes, lovely decor, large, comfy chairs, great bed and pillows. And the breakfast was outstanding. I mean above and beyond good! Toni is a memorable host.

Nothing to dislike other than we didn’t spend more nights there!

This a an absolute gem of a place. Firstly it is ideally located close to the city centre with easy parking. We were warmly greeted and shown to a beautiful room that had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty to choose from, cooked to order and just delicious. We have stayed in many places all over world and this little B&B in Bath is up there with the best. Thank you Toni & Dawn.

There was nothing i didn’t like

The choice of breakfast was excellent. I requested tomatoes and mushrooms on toast as I did not want the full English breakfast and Toni obliged my request.

I had the flu during my stay! Thankfully, Chestnuts House was a peaceful and comfortable place to rest.

Welcoming owner/staff; great location with a short and pleasant walk into center of Bath; full and generous breakfast choices; very comfortable room; quiet and small inn (only five rooms) make for a unique and private stay.

The only downside was parking space, but I don’t think it’s possible to make it different so it’s quite tight.

A lovely place where you can feel almost like home. Friendly host, quiet neighbourhood, quite small but free parking and very clean room. Add delicious breakfast and comfy beds and that’s all you have here. It was a pleasure to stay here and it’s definitely worth recommending

Beautiful room, close to city centre easy flat walk. The breakfast was great, parking onsite and lovely personal touches to make your stay great. The hosts were fabulous, attentive and our room was ready when we arrived. Amazing break away couldn’t recommend enough!

Nothing, it was perfect.

The wonderful welcome. Great room with attention to detail. Loved the fresh milk in the fridge and the fresh profiteroles. Super bathroom. Good breakfast with an amazing choice, something for everyone. Cooked to perfection. Perfect location for visiting Bath and flat walk to city centre. On site parking. Toni is the perfect host, very knowledgable and extremely helpful. The B&B is incredibly well organised and all very professional whilst homely. Probably the best B&B we’ve stayed in overall.

What a lovely knowledgeable and friendly man Toni is. He was able to tell us the best places to visit and recommend eateries. Breakfast was amazing he could not be more amenable. The rooms are very comfortable and have top of the range facilities. I would highly recommend staying here!

The bedroom with en-suite bathrooms beautifully appointed. The bed, pillows, and sheets were nicely made and very comfortable. words can’t express the excellent service and the great breakfast!
