- instructions needed for hob and oven - fire blanket had no pull tag - more kitchenware - for such a large kitchen there was very little in regards to pots, pans, trays - meat trays in the oven left dirty so needed washing before using - a lot of cobwebs on all cupboards and the kitchen window

The property was easy to find, a very good size and very comfortable! The TV streaming options were great. Staff responded quickly when we had a query. Very friendly and helpful!

The first thing we noticed though was that the doorframes around the front door and master bedroom door weren’t finished properly. More bin bags, washing up liquid and some kitchen roll or tea towels would be helpful. I was disappointed to find no books, games or dvds in the property, like mentioned in the facilities/entertainment section and as shown in the pictures. They were probably removed previously, but if this is the case, the entertainment section should be updated.

The apartment is easy to find and parking is available in front, even though sometimes you might have to park on the curb. The apartment itself is clean and spacious enough for 3/4 people. I would advise any more than that, even though there’s a sofa bed in the living room. The beds are really comfortable and we had good nights sleep. The extension cords with usb ports were a great touch in the master bedroom, as were the touch lights. It’s about a 5 minute drive into Gloucester and the closest supermarket is the Co-Operative, which is about a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. There is a pub down the road, but it was unfortunately closed during our stay, so we went to the Beefeater down the road, who do really nice food.

It is very cute. A nice little apartment to base yourself to explore the area. Kitchen has everything you need, fridge clean. Has tea and coffee available. Bedrooms are clean and comfy. Easy parking. Easy to login to Netflix on the tv so you can relax after a day out. Shops are not far in the car to pick up takeaway or buy food. Deliveroo delivers here too. We visited Eastnor Castle, Broadway Tower and Cheddar Gorge (a bit far but worth the trip!).

Windows and sills were quite grubby with damp and mould. A wipe down would simply remove a lot of it Looked like not fully renovated when we stayed. Seems strange as rest of property was so clean and new. Parking on the cul de sac outside was a bit tight as not enough spaces for the amount of properties so we were perched on a corner of a curb.

Ideal stopover enroute north. Perfectly formed spacious flat. Comfy new beds and bedding. Kitchen well stocked. Peaceful road too.

The hot water supply is a little unstable, and can turn cold and hot again while in use. Also was unsure about the heating of the place, we thought it was on a timer of sorts since there was a digital thermostat panel on the wall. But the heater units in all the areas of the house remain cold to the touch throughout our stay. Fortunately, we had some sunny days during our stay, so it didn't get too cold for us to inquire about it.

It was a cosy apartment, reasonably sized rooms, kitchen was well equipped with diningware and basic cookware useful for guests wanting to whip up a quick meal. The area is just off the main road, with free parking right next to the building. It's a quiet area with just the sounds of cars passing by on the main road. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
