Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We had a junior suite which was excellent in terms of space and facilities. Location was great for access to all the central areas of Chester. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Good night's sleep.

Everything was wonderful, calm and classy interior and atmosphere. The location was central, service and staff were exceptional. Felt relaxed from walking in and looking forward to our next visit.

Great service from attentive staff, the hotel couldn't be better located, the room was spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The breakfast was promptly served with good choice and the additional options were reasonably priced. Check in and check out was simple and quick with a porter service and room demonstration. Door staff were on hand at all hours with helpful offers of service and general pleasantry which is a very welcoming touch. The parking arrangements are good, with the car park hotel entrance quick and efficient.
