Absolutely stunning views just a few steps up the hill. Great communication with the hostess. All tidy and clean. The hot tub and the sauna were just what we needed to relax and enjoy our long weekend away from home.

Fantastic location, cosey, comfortable,very private. Enjoyed making fires again, great instruction videos. The driving to pine tree house needs updating but finding it added to the experience and the signs were correct.

The only down fall with the stay was the videos we were sent about getting to the tree house and building the fires. They were slightly outdated but again the owner Rhiannon was on hand to help and nothing was too much.

Loved the location and the privacy of the tree house. Loved that the owner was on hand to offer any advice needed, I asked where they suggested we went for lunch. Just a lovely, calm, inviting place to stay.

The videos they sent to help you find the accommodation on site could do with updating. We were told there would be a guide book for walks but there was not one there. We used an app and found walks so it wasn’t a big issue.

Location was fantastic. Hot tub and sauna was brilliant and not overlooked from any direction.

Not didn’t like. But the video explaining how too get too each cabin, is clearly outdated or something because the layout was different and there was no parking right next too the cabin like the video suggested, so was a little confusing when we arrived.

We absolutely loved everything about Pine tree house including the location and facilities. Receiving message from the host few days prior to our stay with instructions how to find the place and suggested additional items to bring with us (e.g. torch, ice, extra blanket, drinking water) was very helpfull as that meant we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Everything was just perfect from start to finish. Beautiful place, we will absolutely be back again.

Not a criticism but just something we did based on a previous review. We took 6 hanging camping bulbs which neatly hooked around the outside of the house to provide light for the night time hot tub.

Everything is made from wood and is in keeping with the surroundings. The bed was very comfortable and the log burner a wonderful touch. The sauna was an absolute dream and very easy to use and we paid for the hot tub to be pre heated so was amazing to use almost as soon as we arrived

This property is 10/10 but we did think it would be useful if there was a light outside for the evening time to be able to use the hot tub and sauna. it was otherwise pitch black!

Heating the hot tub required a lot of time and effort to keep a perfect temperature...... Not a bad thing just not our preference

The hot tub was a bit of a let down since the water didn’t heat even after hours and hours of heating it and when it did, was hot on the top and cold at the bottom- Might have been the rain and cold weather that worked against it. I feel the tubs need to be updated as they are the highlight of the whole place. A few basic facilities were lacking, like- no salt, pepper or oil in the kitchen. The batteries for the fairy lights had all run out and the light switches are too high on the roof to access.

It is what it claims to be. An amazing cabin in an amazing location. The Sauna is the best part- completely private and with a great view! Cute cottage with a fireplace, sofa in front of it and a cozy bed. They provide more than enough firewood and fire starters to sustain even the coldest winter night.

The hostess was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t realise no kids were allowed so was told the kids had to leave my sister has to drive home with a broken wind mirror back to Liverpool with two children. Asked for help to start up fire was told man had gone home. Has a rude message in the morning asking to leave was 20 mins late leaving as my phone died as no electricity ! Rude replies from hostess and damn right heartless will be telling a lot of people how bad it is !!! And I think the hostess needs some people skills
