Only slight downfall was that the windows weren't able to be opened fully, it was quite a small room, which ordinarily wouldn't have been a problem but we stayed during the hottest week of the year with sultry humid nights..🥵😆 There was a fan though which helped slightly..

Location excellent, very quiet area and able to park on street right outside..2 minute walk to a quiet stretch of beach..friendly hosts, attentive and relaxed. Although a bijou room, it was fine for a couple of days and as the weather was good we were out most of the time anyway and there was a garden to sit in. Beds were comfortable and we were able to replenish the tea tray if we needed to.. bathroom good, shower was great and the towels smelled really fresh 👍 Breakfast was lovely, great selection, everything you could have wanted..

The hosts were very welcoming, and made an extra fuss of us because it was my partners birthday. The location is great and really easy to get into the town or onto the beach and there is plenty of free parking. There was plenty of storage in the room and the room itself was styled nicely and felt like a luxury hotel room. We also had the breakfast on one of the days which was freshly prepared and delicious!

There was nothing we didnt like

Keith and Chilly are very friendly hosts. Room very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the beach and to the shops, pubs and entertainment in Burnham. We would definately recommend to everybody. We hope to stop again in the future. Thank you both :)

There was nothing that we didn't like

Keith & Chilly were excellent hosts. They met us with a very warm welcome. They were so friendly & professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was lovely, clean & spacious. There was tea making facility in the room with extra supplies on the landing outside the room if needed. The cooked breakfast (paid seperately to price) was worth every penny, very tasty & lovely produce used. We will definately return to Cheriton Lodge.

Charming old house. Great location. Very welcoming and informative hosts. Located on a No through road. Easy parking in front of property. Didn't try the cooked breakfast but it smelt delicious. Easy walk into town for a choice of places to eat out. Cinema too, and only£4 per ticket. Great sea view from the front bay windows.

The room was large, very comfortable and clean. The owners were lovely and welcoming, such a nice welcoming feel to the place. Breakfast was nice too, parking is free and easy to find a space on the road and the beach is a short walk from the hotel

Only had time for a 1 night stay

Absolutely beautiful and massive bedroom with own private bathroom across the landing. Sea view and the sea is at the end of the road. Keith and Chilly are really lovely, we're so welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast too. Hope to see you again soon x
