We were late arriving,they were understanding,.Friendly staff.Spacious bedroom with balcony overlooking a nice garden ,very comfortable bed.The room was quiet and clean.Plenty of parking

Only two tiny niggles really; the shower was a bit of a tight squeeze if you are a bigger size, and the step up into and out of could be tricky for some people. And the grouting/ mould around the drainage hole in the shower could do with a good mould scrub as that let down an otherwise lovely room. (To be clear, it wasn't dirty, just needs a mildew/ mould clean and will be fine, and was only noticed because every other aspect was clean!)

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Room was larger than expected for the price and, on the whole, clean and well presented. Nice and quiet in the evening (Although a bit of low-level noise from the machines at the back, presumably kitchen extraction).

Great location for us, we were visiting The Malvern Spring Show, so not to close but not to far. Very good evening meal, breakfast although a little slow was well worth the wait " chef a great character " was doing breakfast all on his own hence the little wait.

Sloping floors but as the place is 300 years old this is to be expected. Plumbing ran through the room and as such when another guest used the bath you had the emptying water gurgling down the pipes. As all older properties had smaller rooms this made the room very cosy. Missing light bulb in bedside table but when mentioned this was immediately rectified.

Very friendly staff who were always there to help. Food (both breakfast and evening meal) was cooked fresh and to order. Whilst this was a pub that generated standard pub related chatter it was located in a quiet area and central for the nearby houses and gardens.

Decor bit tired.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very good Good supply tea and coffee in room and bottled water. Fan supplied which was a nice touch given unexpected good weather.

To be a bit nitpicky, my double bed wasn't a true double but two large mattresses put together under a large duvet etc. . Hence the gap between the mattresses was evident. Beautiful and clean and comfy, undoubtedly, but not truly one large bed.

Room cleaning should be improved.

Donna and her staff is so lovely and welcoming. Our stay (2 nights) exceeded all expectations. The inn is so cozy, the food is great, there is a big car park. Our room wasn’t too big, but enough for 2 people.

Rooms could be updated but think owners relatively new. Very good value for 2 nights.

it was all good. New owners just finding their way. They were working hard to make it a good experience

We were on a bike tour and they accommodated our bikes Bedroom basic but confortable and a reasonable size Food was fgood and service efficient

The staff were amazing and went out of the way to make me feel welcome. They made sure they accommodated anything I needed - for example I needed to have my breakfast earlier than when they started and the chef was there every morning to make sure everything was ready on time. I couldn’t have been more happy with my stay. The manager Donna and all the staff were exceptional. I look forward to staying there again.
