We needed some written instructions for use of heaters and particularly for the TV--we could only get childrens videos and repeats with no availability of BBC or Channel 4 programmes without information. Maybe younger people would find it easier to navigate but we had to abandon it and read books instead!

Nigel Cottage is well equipped, comfortable and spotless. It is in an excellent location to explore the delights of Mousehole and very close to bus stops for easy transport for those without a car. The bar of chocolate is delicious, many thanks!

Bed was a small double, you could probably fit a king in that space which would be more comfortable.

I found the bed a tad hard, but that is a matter of personal preference. It might be useful to mention that the bathroom is downstairs.

The property only had a door and one window we could open. Condensation and damp in the cottage. No extractor fan for cooking so door needed to be open. We were either too hot or too cold.

Cleanliness. The property was spotless and well equipped for our stay. The Location was perfect for walking into Mousehole.

No where to close in puppy at night but no fault of property.

Clean, homely cottage with excellent facilities! Even if did have to pay for parking didn’t find it too much of a problem with app. Comfy bed, all we needed for a small getaway.

Nothing, the bed is a standard double where the bedroom could accommodate a King size, but that’s just my personal preference for extra comfort.

Property was in a great location with car park just across the road, it was very clean and comfortable, well equipped and lovely little extras like a fresh pint of milk in the fridge and a var of local chocolate. Only had 2 nights there but would have been happy to stay longer.

We found a couple of the cups dirty when we got them out to use them. No big deal and the rest of the cottage and equipment was spotless.

Good location in the village and large enough for 2. Very unexpected to have a TV with lots of channels though we didn't watch it very often as the weather allowed us to be out and about most of the time. I can recommend the hotel opposite for lunch but you need to book. The deli has a useful range including milk.. The combined washer/dryer was very useful and unexpected. We used it once. The short email prior to our arrival with info on shops & eating places in the village was useful as was where to park.

Lack of parking. But, due to being out of season, the nearest car park wasn’t full and could get a space, only a minute walk.

Maybe a welcome booklet with instructions.. took us a little while to figure out the bathroom radiator! A little gate at the top of the steps would have been great, we couldn't let our dog on the little patio area unattended as the steps lead directly to the street. These are but minor niggles though.

Lovely little place to stay, close to Mousehole harbour. The property was clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Liam our host was great, all communications with him from booking, to a minor issue we had during our stay were dealt with swiftly, very happy with the level of care from him.

arriving in the dark , the steps down to the entrance are a bit perilous …. just needs v low power led lighting on light sensor ….. public car park opposite is very expensive .
