We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI kept hitting my head on the lounge lights and only two were on so with some twiddling I got all four to come on and they were working fine I found the oven hard to use and the hob was coming on and lit up went off and came on it took a while to boil anything instructions may be useful and so everything was challenging culinary wise but there was a microwave which was okay to use though I found someone's sock in my bedroom and a hair slide the bed was more for children than a adult as my legs were longer than the bed I found out I'm 6 ft 2 though The garden needed some TLC but it was too chilly to sit out there sadly
It was very modern and clean I liked the bathroom very modern and nice and so was the shower and it had a fan to use as needed The lounge was nice and comfortable with a large TV to watch and a view of the garden

The accommodation is lovely and was really clean. It had everything you need, so was well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and the appliances good quality! Plenty of everything you need, pillows, quilts. Plates and decent mugs. A cafetiere was a welcome bonus! The garden was great for the dog. Although there was a brilliant walking area right next to the parking area. Every thing you need for a family of 4. Hopefully we will return in the future.

United KingdomThere was no drawers in the small bedroom, no where to put your clothes, there could do with having a long mirror, which could go on the wall in the kitchen area, There were places in the bungalow that had not been cleaned properly, and the tv kept losing signal the first night, spiderwebs everywhere
It was in a nice area, and looked lovely when we walked in, chairs were comfortable, and nice to sit in the garden
