Really nicely finished tiny house with everything you need for a short stay. Cosy bed, very clean, easy to walk into the centre of Derby and a really lovely communicative host.

Stairs to bedroom very precarious! Sofa not comfy for lounging and watching tv but then we weren't there very much.

Communication was excellent, location only a short walk to the centre. Apartment was lovely.

Great location.Felt lovely and clean and had everything I could need.Felt very secure.The host even left chocolates and biscuits for me.Even pods for the coffee machine and new towels. Great communication.

The bed is slightly on the smaller side, but not too badly and made up for it by being very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were a little scarce, though enough for simple cooking.

It is a very cosy and neat tiny house, perfect for two people or by yourself! There are a few shops and eating spots within a mere minute of walking, which was nice. The property was clean and neat, and had all the facilities one needs. The hosts are very helpful and kind! There is a bus stop right across the road as well, but the city centre is definitely walkable with approximately 10-15 minutes walking time.

It was lovely! Clean and comfortable. Our host was amazing, there was wine and chocolate there for us, and tea and coffee. Communication was excellent in terms of getting into the building etc and finding out what was nearby.

Personally we found the staircase a little tricky but that's just us. A TV in the bedroom would also have been good but we were happy without too.

The property is full of character. It was really cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and the house was beautifully clean when we arrived.

Because of the location, it's not exactly peaceful which to be fair we did know but there was a lot of traffic noise on Friday evening.

The stairs are quite narrow and steep so it would be difficult to manage if you have mobility problems or small children.

Fantastic! It felt like a little home away from home! The host was very helpful and even waited for me with my favourite biscuits!
