Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The fact it was self check in, the Accomodation and facilities were set to a high standard and hotel quality! We were really impressed and happy with the high standards.

Didn't want to review because I don't want people booking it and I can't get a room lol. Location for us was perfect. First impressions of the building were good. Check in was easy (I made it difficult as didn't follow the instructions properly. Called and spoke to one of the team and she was ever so helpful-sorry I forgot her name). Room was amazing. Lovely decor, bedding etc. Where do they get the mattress and pillows from lol? Experience with the team was good and they kept in contact with clear instructions. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool after staying here. Thank you.

United KingdomThe front door handle was tricky to master - as soon as you press the circle button to activate the door it tells you the operation has failed and the lights go out. Took us a few attempts to work out you just need to type in the code immediately and ignore the voice. You also have to lift the handle up before pulling it down to open the door which we didnt know so this caused the alarm to go off on the door handle.
