It would be cold in winter but it was autumn so we were ok! Also no hairdryer - my fault for not checking lift prior but it is an item I would just expect to be in a rental property without checking.

Couldn't fault it at all. The only thing I would have liked would be some instructions on how to use the fire. As a single woman with my adult children, but none of us being at all familiar with wood burners, I would have been a little nervous about using it and lighting it with no instructions, so we didn't attempt to use it. Although we visited in August it was quite chilly in the evenings. The wall heater kept us warm enough, but any colder and we would have liked to use it.

Lovely location with amazing views. We wanted a quiet and picturesque spot, so this was perfect for us. A delightful character cottage with lovely features and a cosy feel. Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful hosts, who provided little extras which were much appreciated. The books and games provided were a nice touch, which we did use. The neighbours were very friendly too.

The dogs next door were very loud, which exacerbated my anxiety. But that's not the fault of this cottage's owner.

Cute little cottage, great location - although I wouldn't have described it as near Betws-yCoed. Very clean and well presented, with everything we needed. They even left some much needed milk in the fridge.

Everything was great.

The host gave instructions on how to get to and access the property which were very useful. Communication from the host was exceptional. It was a great location for exploring, very comfortable cottage. Log burner was lovely in the evenings. Great size rooms.

Plenty of character with all mod cons you’d need for a stay. Loved spending the evening in front of the log burner. We also had milk and couple of bags of local crisps when waiting for us…and nice fresh flowers on the dining table. Ceri, the host, is very quick in responding to messages. Highly recommended!

Had slight difficulty finding the property in the dark as it was up a side walkway but a friendly neighbour pointed us in the right direction

The gift set they left was lovely...it was perfectly clean. The fire was a gorgeous bonus as we turned up during a storm.... beautiful surroundings...would happily stay again. They let us know how to get there,where to park. Even contacted us with a issue with the property couldn't fault them

Despite the host knowing that the log burner was out of action a few days before our trip, no-one had thought to put the hearing on so the house was absolutely freezing on our arrival and took a long time to heat up. No coffee pods for the machine - a pet hate of mine when a coffee machine is listed as one of the items in kitchen.
