The room was advertised with a bottle of wine/prosecco, but this was missing. I am not sure if the advertisement needs updating or not, though.

We absolutely loved the room, views, food, and drink. The staff were friendly, but not too in-your-face.

Totally understand the need for rules given a family run b&b. Can be restrictive if you want to dine later than 6. (Other than the 2 tapas nights 6-9)Although you do have the option to eat elsewhere but not always viable after a long day out.

Very high end bed and breakfast Location with sea view very good Quiet area if you don't mind the 1 mile walk to the centre. (Nice coastal walk)

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was very enjoyable and plentiful. The location on the sea front was amazing. The bedroom was immaculate although the en-suite was a little on the small side. Overall we had a great stay.

I was the only guest in the hotel so an upgrade to another room would have been a welcomed gesture. Nowhere to put toiletries near the sink or in the ensuite The room was cold on arrival so took all of my first night to warm up.

Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable hotel Felt safe and welcomed being there on my own Good location Good value for money

It was a shame that there were no evening restaurant facilities Would suggest a mat in the shower as it can get a bit slippy

Room 10 has a very small shower cubicle and the shower is not at all powerful (we did discuss this with the owner and they have plans to update). Also a very low ceiling near the window. Tempur mattress doesn’t suit everyone and we didn’t find it especially comfortable. Breakfast is served 8-9am only and you can’t check in until 5pm.

The fact that breakfast was quite early 8-9 am. and you had to order your breakfast the night before. More like a b&b than a hotel.

The hotel was lovely and very clean. Nice breakfast. Peter the owner was very helpful recommending places to go. The hotel was very quiet. It was central and on the sea front lovely view from the balcony.

Complimentary water / biscuits replaced every day would be an appreciative touch.

Was good. Nicely presented. Fast. Maybe some vegan bacon. Hot croissants were really appreciated. Good quality juice. Own cafetière . Great surroundings with fab view over breakfast

On the whole we were very pleased, but the size of the room could have been bigger.

Friendly & accommodating approach from Peter when any requests were made. He also made a note of the requests which made us feel looked after.

At the moment there is no evening meals, I think guests should be made aware of this as still says evening meals

The view was lovely, could hear the sea, loved having the patio doors and not just a window. Loved there were binoculars in the room, it was spotlessly clean and you could see they paid attention to detail. The bar was open till 11pm and also liked the smoothies.

The cooked breakfast was very nice, but you only got one of everything. Which is fine for me but it wouldn't be enough for my husband because he doesn't eat cereal or yoghurt.

Bed felt small. Rooms were warm but not their fault as it was hot.

I booked a B&B package and on check out was billed for our breakfasts, turns out I had only paid continental and not full English. I have spoken to the owner and to be fair although I didn’t query when I booked it on the type of breakfast we would receive, we had to complete a preorder slip each evening and the small print did say we would be charged for anything over and above a continental. I was high on holiday vibes and didn’t fully take in the small print as in my head I had paid for breakfast and so it didn’t apply to me. owner has accepted my comments and will make it clearer to his guests in future. Conclusion is we have all learnt from this and it didn’t spoil our stay, the owners were great, very welcoming and very hospitable.
