Well situation to move around the city. Good selection of 'help yourself' food for breakfast and hot drinks available at all times. The room was comfortable and clean. We got a warm welcome from Teresa along with lots of information on places of interest.

Shower cubicle needs revamp and enlarged. Grout is grubby and stained. Attempts have been made to refresh it Shared loaf of bread, shared butter tub and jam jar in shared kitchen

I don't think there is much they could do about this in general but just to note you can hear the hallway very easily. If someone was unlocking their door it could easily be mistaken as your own just because it's that clear. There wasn't a hair dryer in the bathroom. I have a feeling if I asked I would have been given one but I didn't want to pester in the morning as it wasn't all that important.

The staff is outstanding. They helped guide us through the narrow alley way to a covered garage parking space. Made it a breeze. They also had great communication. They messaged me with updates and checking regularly even though I only stayed the one night. I was given a map of the city with key attractions on it. They even took the time to show where we were in relation to the wall. I was also given a pamphlet of the hotel's connection to the history of the area. I thought it was very interesting and helpful. The room is very cute and nicely updated. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The location was really nice to walk around the city really easily but also felt very private at night. They had signage to ask guests to be quiet and considerate of other guests if returning late at night which I found very thoughtful. I didn't partake but they also offered breakfast options like cereal, yogurt, toast for free in the common area.

The building tends to be a little loud. Voices outside are easily heard, and fellow guests, through no fault of their own, can be heard as they move about their rooms, watch TV, flush toilets, etc. It's simply living in close proximity, but if those kind of sounds bother you, you may want to think twice.

Awesome location, easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, major attractions.

Room was on top floor - not great on stairs and google maps haven’t been updated with newly introduced one way system would be good if owner could advise forthcoming guests of this if they are driving to it as Google maps tried to send us down one way street and we found it very difficult to find the property when hit with that situation

Excellent location and comparably cheap compared to other city centre properties. Ideal for a weekend away on the pints. Easy check in, decent facilities, comfy bed would go again.

Can't get better on location, parking and price. Facilities such as kitchen, free tea, coffee, cereal etc great too. Personally I'm not a big fan of the attic room and lugging the cases up the stairs but that's just me! I'm sure there are lots of other rooms lower down available!

The breakfast was simple, okay. Would like to have a few more options for the price of the lodging.

The location was great. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Teresa was very sweet and helpful. Glad they had parking other than behind the building. The arch is narrow even for a small car.

Wifi could have been better and maybe a better breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I liked how the TV had a variety of streaming services for entertainment.
