A beautifully located chalet. Extremely comfy, cosy, clean, and well equipped. Absolutely everything had been thought about, and we didn't want for anything. We also received a very generous welcome food pack which was a lovely touch. The host was very attentive and provided great communication throughout.

We were visiting Bangor for a conference and wanted to turn it into a small holiday. Luckily, we found Tracy's Chalet, and it was a wonderful stay. The chalet is modern, newly furnished, and incredibly clean—honestly, one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve been booking through Airbnb and Booking for over 10 years with 100+ stays! The surroundings were equally impressive, with beautiful walking paths and a peaceful lake nearby. I can imagine it’s even better in the summer when the pool is available, and the outside seating area of the chalet is warm enough to enjoy. The location is ideal for exploring the area—Ceneafon is a lovely town with an amazing castle, and Conwy is just a 30-minute drive. Snowdon Mountain is also close by, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. Hopefully, we can return for a longer stay in the future!

Property was clean and well-presented. We received lots of little extras like butter/bread/tea/coffee. Which is above and beyond what to expect, plenty of games/DVDs/books provided as well. All in all absolutely brilliant stay.

Our chalet was modern, clean & had everything we needed. The extra touches & attention to detail were very much appreciated. Set in a beautiful, peaceful location, with only the sound of the birds & the waterfalls. Idyllic! Tracy is an exceptional host, she cares that you have the best possible holiday at Glan Gwna.

Beautifully clean and modern with everything you could possibly need and more. The little extras of bread milk and other treats were a perfect touch until we went shopping. Tracy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. A perfect location and only a short walk to the park/bar etc. we’ll definitely be back, thank you x

Booked on the same day and when we arrived a few hours later there was a fresh welcome hamper and fresh flowers in the cabin. Everything needed was supplied and it was impeccably clean.

There was not anything we didn't like.

Loved where the Chalet was situated and how fresh and clean and comfortable the chalet is. Plenty of facilities within the chalet. The hosts provided everything we could wish for and more. Dog friendly too and having the balcony made it safe for our dog which was a bonus. Even storm Agnes could not affect our stay !! Thank you Tracy for the treats too !! Very much appreciated.

Lovely Chalet. Was immaculate when we arrived and extremely well presented throughout. Everything you need in there including an iron, all the pots pans, utensils and glasses etc you could possibly need. Even condiments and bread and snacks which was a lovely touch. The park itself is very nice and the facilities there very good. And its a great location for visiting around north west wales. If you were considering this park I would definitely recommend this particular chalet. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
